Clearly all the 5 stars go to Dr. Wall. She's an incredible person. After being given the wrong treatment on many occasions, she has been very patient and explained to me in a very understandable way everything that was going wrong and what were the steps to follow in order to get better. She's really proffessional and helped me get rid of some serious health problems.

Ridiculous waiting times, staff seem uninterested and the opening times are a joke.

All of those 5 stars go to Dr Michele Wall. The BEST GP I have ever met. I graduated last year, but during my time at university I struggled with a lot of mental health issues. They are still ongoing and I honestly wish I could have taken Dr Wall with me.. I've had countless GPs snub me or misdiagnose me or not take me seriously despite my obvious distress. Dr Wall never did that. She convinced me to try medication and asked me to come back every two weeks to make sure I was doing alright. She sat with me for up to an hour sometimes and just let me talk through everything going on in my head. And she not only understood on a personal level, but she was very knowledgeable about mental and psychological health issues. I felt totally at ease to express myself and completely in control of my own treatment.. Cheers Dr Wall, you deserve a medal :)

The reception staff are generally quite helpful, and the medical staff are excellent - professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I think there is some truth in some of the other reviews regarding the booking system etc, but I truly believe that's down to the immense pressure the NHS is under at the moment - and the fact that this single health centre has had to have a patient list of almost 13,000.

Phoning the day before you want an appointment clearly doesn't work as multiple times I haven't been able to get an appointment because they're fully booked. It's ridiculous you can't book anything further advance. Will not be returning here for my next year at uni.
