I would not recommend this surgery. The receptionists were very judgemental and rude. I visited the surgery shortly after moving to Bath after I had injured my knee.

The receptionist argued that I didn't need an urgent appointment because I had been able to walk to the surgery! I eventually had to be seen by a consultant and had an MRI which showed that my knee was fractured. The doctor I saw, in contrast to the receptionist, was caring and helpful.

It's a shame that the non-medical staff are so unhelpful, as it really lets down the surgery overall. They really should not be making comments like this as they are not medically trained. I have now moved to a different surgery in Bath because of this encounter.
