We are proud that the university has a high student satisfaction rating and that we are number one in the country for student retention.

The University of Chichester is West Sussex's only university, and is spread across two campuses: Chichester and Bognor Regis. With just over 5, 000 students, it is one of the smallest universities in the UK, which contributes to a strong sense of community. Both towns have a lot to offer students including close proximity to the beach, the South Downs and both have major transport links to Brighton, London, Portsmouth and Southampton.

University of chichester is just the place to be. Friendly academic staff, a highly motivating atmosphere, and buzzing with enthusiasm to help you achieve your goals. Induction day 1, and I'm loving it.

User

The best University in the world. Four amazing years, two great courses, great staff and the people you meet are just the best. WSIHE οΏ½οΏ½

User

So excited to start now, only a few weeks away :)

I'm staying in Charlotte house and doing primary teaching? Anyone in my house or on my course? Really want to start chatting to people before starting as I know absolutely noone going here >< xx

User

Small Uni's are the best! You get a real sense of being in a family and always supported. One of the only things needed is a new Astro!!

User

Just visited BOC after 19 years away!!! Studied music under Michael Waite, Arthur Robson and Rod Paton between 1994-1997. Soooo many changes but so much is still just as I remember (the Chapel even smells the same!)

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at WSIHE/ChIHE.

I worked here, it was a friendly, relatively small uni where students mattered, certainly in the social work department. I enjoyed every bit. Great well stocked library, resources and good environment for learning, superb grounds for relaxing

User

I visited Chichester University for their open day yesterday (27.10.2016) and I was completely blown away. All the students were incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable. The staff were fantastic and were really informative, knowledgeable and could not do enough to help answer any questions regarding courses and entry requirements.

I was so impressed when I attended my degree choice taster lesson, I came away feeling more determined to achieve and succeed.

I look forward to making my application to Chichester and hopefully enjoy a successful, educational journey with them.

Thank you to everyone who made my visit so enjoyable.

User

I honesty never thought I would make it to university. I am so glad I chose Chichester. I have made some friends for life but also had a an amazing educational experience that I will remember οΏ½

User

I had the best 3 years of my life at this University. Would highly recommend to anyone going to uni. Wish I could go back and do my three years again!

User

I got my Diploma here in Performing Arts in 2006,What a mint college it was too. I was the oldest of students there. Made some lovely friends n kept in touch with all of them. Tutors no so much which is a shame as I got on well with all of them;-)

User

I attended the University of Chichester when it was a humble teacher training college called Bishop Otter College in 1962. It had just become a three year course and the college had many new buildings but was still very small by comparison with the university today. There was a wonderful atmosphere, enhanced by the beauty of the surrounding countryside, the Downs, habour and coast. There were wonderful productions at the Festival Theatre and Fishbourne Roman Palace had just been discovered. The present university looks like a very exciting and dynamic place that has built on those earlier foundations.

User

Going to the University of Chichester was easily the best decision I ever made! Amazing staff, students, ever improving facilities and a complete community feel.. WSIHE forever.

User

Going to Uni is always life changing, but the fact that I went to the University of Chichester multiplied my potential by an unmeasurable scale. Thank you to everyone, and good luck to all other students in their University endeavours. Chi really is a great place.

User

Getting this university through clearing was the best thing that ever happened to me, could not imagine being at any other university. The best 4 years I could have wished for.

User

Cannot wait for September to start my music and musical theatre course, but I have no clue what hall to go in on the bishop otter campus? I would love self catered and ensuite or catered and ensuite, but having trouble choosing..can someone help me please? :)

User

Best experience of my life. Really supportive staff, who genuinely care, and a great bank of resources. Why else would I have stayed for a 4th year?

User

Accommodation available in the middle of chichester, 5 minute walk to uni and cheap rent, if anyone is interested let me know by Facebook and I will give you more information about the house.

User

Absolutely loved being at Chi Uni! Everyone is really friendly and the lecturers and staff are so helpful and encouraging. I wish I could have stayed for longer than my three years.
