A great public space for walking, relaxing and taking in nature. A place to breathe.. a lake to walk round, listen to the trees wave in a breeze, see a sculpture trail, watch bird life.

Great directions around campus. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Super grounds and great facilities - a nice afternoon walking around with my son

Seems very good, plenty of car parking spaces, some halls are a bit brutalist

Drove all the way from home (26 miles) to get one book out from the libary for my assignment. Upon arriving realised I've left my uni ID at home. Libary staff extremely unhelpful, under normal circumstances I've been let in (in first year) without my ID card and have given my student number at desk and been aloud to check books out the same way. Today they would not help at all or even get the book for me and let me take out from the main desk so I didn't have to go in All to do with covid track and trace (which I don't believe) why can not scan on the NHS track and trace system as we do everywhere else we have to go at the moment. To top it off i am on placement and on a nightshift tonight. This morning I thought i would make the drive after dropping kids off at school to try and be organised for the rest of the week. And was confronted by this. Is it not time to start thinking outside the box UEA??? Students are already under enough pressure without pettiness.

A very nice University campus which is fun to walk around and study at. The suicide statues could be removed though...

Visited a few weeks ago and there's a lot of beautiful scenery and interesting artworks.

Orwellean nightmare, devoid of character, produces or attracts uncaring sociopathic students and staff, who don't think twice about blocking up the parking space in the local community, depriving care workers access to the people in the community spaces to do their job, disabled people can't have visitors, residents access to their homes, was blocked on twitter for commenting on the situation, the council offer is to make people pay for permits / protection money to park outside your own home, disconnected from the community and UEA is basically a swear word, a crying shame.
Thanks for the seemingly concerned response to my comment, it supports what I have said as I have emailed you and received no response, speaking to several other members of the community, this is the M.O of the UEA regarding this matter,.

The open day communication and student support to guide through the campus was good. Though we were not impressed with course quality.

Bad uni - didnt even try and accept me for drama so ive ended up in my home town at Anglia Ruskin which is way nicer than UEA - disgusted by UEA staff and students- very snobbish people actually - for not taking me on and in the end i got a grade that would have got me in for drama -when i visited this place the feel was not friendly - they were almost looking down on us -did not like it at all -one of the worst unis i applied to -id rather stay at home then stay at a horrible like that -all unis accomodation is over priced anyway

Used to think the concrete was ugly but it has grown on me. Wonderful campus (check out the Sainsbury Gallery - one of the finest in the country).

User

big place but when I went to earlham park when I was coming back I got lost in the grounds!

Really enjoyed being a student here. The Environmental Sciences department in particular is fantastic for both teaching and research.

User

Good university with a relaxed atmosphere. Every lecturer in the law school is very informed and passionate, and were a pleasure to be educated by.
