New research by Exeter, The University of Queensland, University of Oxford and University of Cambridge has led to new insights into the complex relationships surrounding how mothers’ and babies’ genes influence birth weight. It identifies 190 links between our genetic code and birth weight. http://ow.ly/tGWE50tRjQY

Our subjects across the sciences and humanities are among the very best in the country, according to the latest influential league table.
Thirty-six subjects are ranked in the top 20, with 26 in the top ten in the The Complete University Guide 2020, released today.
