Did you know our Vest on a Quest has travelled nearly 3,000 miles so far? We've raised over £1,500 for NBCRC thanks to our runners.
Staff have volunteered to wear the vest as they take part in 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon races around the world, raising money as they do so 🎽 🏃 💪
This week it's been on a training trip to our campuses in Malaysia and China!

We need your help this weekend! We want to hear about the places across our campuses which were special to you during your time here. From the Downs to Lakeside, SB and Jubilee... (and everywhere else!)

It's almost time for the Class of 2019 to take to the stage! What do you remember about graduation? Anything surprising which you hadn't realised beforehand? 🎓

Last weekend we marked 60 years since the opening of the Cripps Hall of Residence with a special reunion event in the very building itself. It was great to host so many of you who called it home.

Robin Hood: Man in...Lycra?
Well not quite, but tomorrow Nottingham's Official Robin Hood, Tim Pollard, is taking part in the #Nottingham10K to raise money for the NBCRC.
He'll be wearing our Vest on a Quest in memory of his late wife Sally (Maid Marian) who died from breast cancer two years ago to the day ➡️ https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Ro binHoods10k

This week is National Volunteers' Week - more than 2,000 volunteers have given their time to the University and we're grateful to every single one! 💙 🙌
Whether mentoring current students, looking after the campus grounds or being part of influential research, their support adds so much to what we do.

You might remember 'Our Dementia Choir' on BBC1 last month - with Vicky McClure leading a choir of people with dementia based here on campus at Nottingham Lakeside Arts.
We're delighted to share that over £6,000 has now been raised, which means the choir will continue to meet for another year! 🎼
