Here at SURLFC, we have two main principles. Inclusivity and Performance.

Inclusivity

We want to make sure that, regardless of skill level or expertise, we provide the very best experience for all our members. This includes maximising playing time and potential, but also maintaining our inclusive social culture which we are proud of. We are also one of the few clubs in University sport to not have initiations for new members - if you want to be part of our club, you can be.

Performance

We also want to help every member reach their full potential. This comes with high level coaching and training support from our Lead Performance Club status. We also encourage our members to pursue representative honours, to make sure we test ourselves against the best in our sport. Our successes in recent years comes from this 'determined to succeed' attitude.
