the worse experience I have met

It's free, the people are nice. So what if I had to wait 10 or 15 minutes, they are free and busting their asses of so you can have the best treatment. I'm not from the UK, I'm from Norway where you normally have to wait longer and pay 30 pounds for ten minutes with the doctor. If you have knowledge about how the system works in the UK you would not be complaining.

Really just terrible.

I fell off my bike and sprained my wrists and it's hurting like mad, and the health centre is closed but there were still nurses inside who weren't willing to help me and turned me away.
