University of Westminster Student Law Clinic is now offering two new Family Law services free of charge to the public: Advice appointments and Form Filling appointments.
The University of Westminster Student Law Clinic provides free legal advice and assistance to the public and learning opportunities for law students at Westminster Law School.
Areas of assistance:
• Family Law (including, for example, disputes relating to children and divorce or dissolution of marriage or civil partnership)... • Complaints against public bodies • Property/Land Registry disputes
Due to demand even if a case falls within one of these areas we cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist. Assistance is offered only where the case can be used for teaching purposes, and subject to staff availability and expertise.
