We went for my daughters birthday last night. Initially thought it was going to be a disaster; had a table booked but it took 10 minutes to get seated. However, staff were lovely and food was perfect, couldn't fault it at all. Compliments to the chef!

We had a beautiful family meal here this evening. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious and the children were very content. Thank you for making it a lovely evening.

The food was delicious, Great ambience and helpful friendly polite staff. Highly recommend thanks to all the team 😋😍 xxx

Second time ive had the lobster filled pasta parcels with prawns in tomato creamy sauce and its fabulous. Only £8:95 too. Recommend u try it

Myself and 6 other ladies came for lunch, I was absolutely amazed at the service and the food.

From entering the restaurant to leaving, all of the staff were pleasant and attentive.

We ordered our meals and the cocktails to go with them, all of which were explained to ensure that we got the best deal.

The drinks were a bargain as was the happy hour offers that are on most of the day. The best part for me, as a Stockton lass I have found that Darlington Parmos are not up to scratch, this one however was outstanding! The chips were big and chunky and delicious, the garlic mayo was perfect and the parmo itself was an actual chicken breast and was simply delicious.

My sister loved hers so much she checked to see if they could deliver another one to us on the evening.

I have always been a staunch advocate of Al Fornos, however UNO Momento has absolutely become our restaurant of choice, we all loved it and are looking forward to coming back.

Had a really good meal at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and professional and the restaurant itself was lively and vibrant. The food was tasty and the menu very varied. Massive pizzas! Would recommend.

Nice buzzy place, quite a big menu to look at and the waiter was a bit keen off the mark to get our order, however that's better than being ignored. Shame the two course special is only starter and main course. We wanted main course and dessert and to share a garlic to start. In the end we had a garlic bread each and they are very big, so had our main and no room for dessert, so they lost out on an order through not being flexible on the two course deal. The wine was OK, drinkable. I had lobster ravioli for main and it was a perfect portion and very tasty. My friend had parmo and chips with salad which looked nice. The bill was reasonable.

Liked the food, freshly made, Good portions. Staff needed reminding about 5 times to bring us our water which was annoying, it ended up coming AFTERA our mains Were served

One of my cousins paid for the bill by card on the table and when it came to my turn the card machine stopped working so she asked me to go to the till to pay, when i got there the staff Clearly had NOT communicated so another member of staff was making it difficult and made out like we hadn’t paid when we clearly did. when i explained what we had been told by the other staff she just for some reason couldn’t get her head around it n kept asking to pay, Rude mannerisms and tone.

Hate when restaurants are embarrassing like that, staff need to communicate effectively.

Bank holiday weekend. It was busy but the staff seemed to have it under control most of the time. Food great although I wish they did kids size pizza rather than half a pizza. Music a bit much too loud and same 8 songs over and over. Food is really good just could do with a tweaking here and there to help from a customers view.

Called in for lunch today with my husband and little girl. We were seated and the menus were just placed on the table not handed to us, we ordered starters and mains and a child's meal for our daughter which we asked to come with our starters so she could eat at the same time as us. My husbands and daughters meals arrived but mine didn't. Waited over 5 minutes before a waitress chased it up and got it brought over. Starters were finished and cleared away then we had to wait 25 minutes before someone came over and asked if we wanted ice cream for our daughter to come with our mains so we said yes. The ice cream came about 5 minutes later but no sign of our main meals. Our daughter had finished her ice cream and was becoming restless from sitting in the high chair for so long. Our mains finally arrived after a 45 minute wait and our waitress constantly telling us they were on their way. By this time we had a very stressed little girl and had to eat quickly... my pizza base was black underneath and could only taste that it was burnt which says a lot considering there were jalapeños on it! £51 for the most stressful lunch we have ever had! Not good!

Called in Darlington bank holiday Monday .. was sat in the window and to be honest we may as well of been sat in the cupboard the amount of staff coming and going for plates, cutlery etc., secondly why take off the Happy Hour menu when it's clearly the only chance working families get a chance to go out for food together it's pure greed and thirdly we had to wait nigh on an hour for food without a word said to us beforehand.. this used to be a lovely place for food .. definitely will not be going back

Worst customer service ever booked a table and didn’t have it ready so we got put upstairs in a 1 square table right in the corner felt like we were in the naughty corner. Guy who worked there told me to move my phone Rude as he then realised he was been rude and went 2 minutes later sed please when I looked at him to say who the hell you talking too.



Then the electric went off and fair ennough lass apologised for delay in food. Then waited half an hour for our mains. Had to wait further hour before we could pay for our food.



Just a bit of a joke for a booked table that we had to wait 15 minutes for next to people eating. Felt sorry for people we stood next to as they were trying to eat their meal in peace.



Then to top it off a member of staff fell down the stairs and another member of staff bent over the stairs and went for fuck sake what she doing now really good customer service that !



Won’t be returning anytime soon let’s just say that haha !!!



Plus just would like to say if you book a table for customers maybe be abit more organised !

We went in about 1-30 today and waited for them to clear the table in the window -No introduction to the menu- no specials just menus plonked on the table.

After 15 minutes we had to alert them to our order- We all ordered a starter and main - My sons starter arrived with my Creamy mussels- I had to send them back they were tepid..Mams Garlic bread arrived 10 minutes after and it was very anemic.Mains arrived about 10 minutes after the starters.The food is not rocket science they do it often enough - However today we felt like an inconvenience..they simple don't care anymore...Sadly we doubt a return in the future- Better places to spend £40

This is the first time I have been really really disappointed with the meal I ordered last night starter and main course but also with another two other people's meals in our group last night. We were on an NHS ward leaving do for two colleagues retirering.

My starter was poor and not eaten. The main which is usually my favourite on your menu was tasteless and under cooked with raw leak in the sauce

Recommended. So booked to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Glass of wine bit of bread an hour later walked out no food night ruined. Was offered to be served after an hour but the moment passed and am sad we picked a wrong venue

Poor front of house experience, not acknowledged at all and left after waiting for a time to be seated. Ended up having a great meal at Al Forno.

Not sure what's happened to this place use to be lovely , came tonight for my daughters 15th birthday. Had booked but was so busy we stood for another 15 minutes and had to wait to be seated.

My husbands meal came but by the time everyone else's meal has arrived he had already finished his.

Pizzas were very dry and burned on the bottom , pasta was also very dry no sauce at all. Very disappointing.

If you could of put zero stars for service I would . I have been to the restaurant 4 times and the first 3 times the length of time you have to wait is bad but I thought going on a lunchtime would be better. It wasn't busy but we waited 15 minutes to get a drink and then they got our meals wrong and 3 of my family had finished our meals before my wife and 3rd child got there meal . So we had to to and wait till they finished. But it's ok because they give my wife wife and daughter a coke while they waited for there meals to come. Shocking service . Would not recommend.
