What an amazing meal. Just popped in last minute and managed to get a table for 2 and although we had to be off by 6.30 we had plenty of time and never felt rushed. Had a starter and mains but was so full had to take some pizza home ! Brillant service staff lovely-we will be back

What a great addition to town. First time I. Today for some “light” lunch!! I am stuffed. Portions are generous and food top notch. I had half and half pizza and pasta. Which was great. My girlfriend had lasagne which she enjoyed and my son had fish fingers which he loved. The staff were great and really friendly. We will be returning.

Well where shall I begin ! Firstly I’d like to say thank you to Uzi & the team for making our afternoon special, you all work extremely hard to provide excellent service to your customers & the friendly banter is a bonus too � having visited on more than one occasion I can only say well done for providing freshly cooked tasty food & even changing the menu on certain dishes which made my friend very happy � great managerial skills & great staff interaction, it’s a winner in my opinion & we will return ASAP to sample more tasty food, many thanks to all �

Oh my goodness just got home from an incredible date night with Martin. The food was so fresh and delicious the staff couldn't have been better they were so friendly and professional and to top it all. Starters mains shared s pudding and including drinks £39 how amazing was that. Highly recommended and uno moments we will be back and thankyou all xxxx

Myself, my friend and our three children (all two and under..) had lunch at Uno Momento today and we had the best time!

The food was amazing, the 'Happy Hour' offer was brilliant- excellent value for money.

Our food arrived fast and hot.

I loved the fact the children could order an adults pasta meal (in child's portion size) as well as the option of the children's menu.

The staff were absolutely amazing with our children, nothing was too much bother- they were treat like little Princesses!

There is a wide range of choice on the menu!

About time Northallerton had somewhere child-friendly to eat!

My friend and I arrived and were given a warm and welcoming greeting.



We were seated immediately and the food arrived quickly. My seafood risotto was absolutely beautiful and they certainly didn't skimp on the amount of seafood, I don't think they could get more in if they tried! Our waiter was really attentive and friendly.



Never having been here before I would certainly come back again.

I really like this restaurant, the food is delicious and the staff are very welcoming. Defiantly my go to place to eat from now on

I must have really liked this place as I went Saturday and Sunday this week. Saturday we had a table booked for 8.45 but it was really really busy and we were seated at 9.15. Yeah annoying but we were given a free drink of whatever we wanted, which you wouldn't get anywhere else.

Staff are insanely good, all so friendly and charming.

Don't even get me started on the food.

Yum.

I had Tagliatelle Carbonara on Saturday and the Penne Alfredo on Sunday and I want both again as soon as I can.

Really want to try the pizzas because they look gorgeous but the pasta is that good I darent stray away from it �



Booked for a few weeks to go with a larger crowd, hopefully we'll be seated on time but you've got to give them a bit of a grace period because its brand new, so good and exactly what Northallerton has needed for a long time.

I came to UNO yesterday and the food was absolutely amazing!! 4 of us visited and the prices were great, the portions are huge, you definitely get your money’s worth! And the pizzas are out of this world � thank you for a great meal, we will be back very soon! 5*+ for me

Booked a table for 1.30 for yesterday to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. A party of 8. We were shown to our table promptly and drinks ordered straight away. Food orders taken later on and the waiter was very patient while the children decided....then changed their minds again. Food was superb. .....experience was wonderful from start to finish. Would certainly recommend it and will definitely be returning xxxxxxx

Went for a meal yesterday tea time and I have to say the food was perfect, definitely value for money and will go again. However each time we were served our food we had to get up and find someone to ask for sauces and more drinks, no waiters came to ask us if everything was ok or did we need anything.

Visited Thursday evening - good, friendly, attentive staff. We had Calamari and Pate, starters were ok, could of been cooked a bit better but came in good time and portion sizes were good. Mains - Pizza and Parmo, brilliant taste and amazing value. Parmo looked great and surprisingly non greasy, pizza was self explanatory. Portions sizes were incredible. Close tables but good atmosphere. Good job so far.

The Uno Momento restaurant is worth a visit, friendly staff, extensive menu and excellent food. The restaurant was busy and the volume of noise from the piped music and customers was rather loud, so if we go again, we will probably try a weekday evening when it may be much quieter. Although our drinks order was taken promptly, no member of staff brought us a menu… luckily the next table was vacant and we helped ourselves to the four menus that were on there. Once ordered, the service was quick, the food was hot, nicely presented and we all enjoyed what we had. It is a small restaurant and the tables are very close together, too close because we had to wait for a large party to be seated before we could get up and leave after paying the bill.

Really good food and the staff were great and very attentive. Lovely to see somewhere in town with a really good atmosphere on a Sunday tea time. They accommodated our pushchair with no problem as our little one isn't quite big enough for a high chair. Only snag is there is no baby change facilities at all despite there being a huge toilet with plenty of space for something basic and given this restaurant has only just been fitted out and will have a lot of families visiting, I was surprised by this. Other than that, spot on!

Booked a table for 9 a week ago to be asked if we could come later we did only to wait almost an hour to be seated � we were offered a free round off drinks and were served out food quickly once seated excellent table service from the waiter who made my sons 18 memorable thank you for singing to him and making my 9 year old feel very welcome a slight mix up wen paying but sorted quickly with lots off apologies thank you the food was gorgeous �

Visited for the first time this evening with a party of 6. There was a long delay for our main course. We were told that the chef had been taken ill which we were sorry to hear, however others around us had ordered after us and already recieved their food. We did however appreciate the round of free drinks.

The glasses of red wine ordered to accompany the meal were forgotten (yet charged for on the bill). And one of the party asked if the sauce came seperate with the steak and was told by the waitress yes, only to be served a steak covered in sauce. By this point we had been waiting so long she just ate it.

All in all very good food, just a bit of a disappointing first experience for us

Recently visited the restaurant and had high expectations after visiting both the Stokesley and Middlesbrough restaurants both of which are 5* restaurants. However, I was left disappointed after visiting with friends and family over the weekend. No complaints regarding the quality of the food, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Staff appeared to know little to nothing about the food and drink menu, and had to be reminded of missing food and drink orders on more than one occasion. Disappointing as other branches of the restaurant always go above and beyond in terms of quality of food and customer service.

Our table had been booked for over a week, a party of 9 for 8:30 to celebrate a birthday. We arrived at 8:30 the restaurant was full to bursting, people queued at the bar (waiting) and no sign of tables finishing for our 8:30 booking.



Given the queue and delay to our table you'd expect an apology from the staff or a free drink on the house - nothing.



We were advised to wait in the pub next door for 30minutes (we'd just been there and were now ready for our meal), so we waited in the restaurant.



We weren't offered drinks and there wasn't enough seating for people waiting to come in. As we stood more people arrived, cramming into the doorway.

We were finally seated at 9pm, again no apology for our delay or inconvenience. First courses arrived at 9:45 (slower than expected) and the rest of the food followed.



The quality of food was good, and portion sizes and prices reasonable.



As we left one of our party complained about the service and staff attitude, on hearing this they seemed completely shocked and she was told that they were short on waiting staff due to illness.



It seemed to us that the real problem was the management of the bookings system; taking too many bookings and not advising earlier bookings that the table was being used twice.



If I went again I'd book earlier or go at lunchtime or midweek.

Just walked out after appalling service. Table booked for 6:30, apparently it was not ready and we were told we needed to wait 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, we still weren’t seated. We had to stand at the bar, where we weren’t even offered a drink. Then whilst waiting we were pushed by customers trying to pay and waiters. Won’t be returning.
