We have counsellors and therapists who are able to offer advice, therapeutic, and practical support to help you cope personally and to manage your studies.

Wellbeing Services are running an 8 week Mindfulness Course for students, starting this Friday 1st February from 10:00 - 11:30. You can book via https://mycareerzone.exeter.ac.uk/stud… /events/Detail/612815 and we will then book you a short appointment to check the course is right for you.
