The issue of mental health is being talked about more and more today but with suicide being the most common cause of death for men aged 20-49 years old in England and Wales, there's still a lot to be done. That is why we at Up To Speed have chosen to support @andysmanclub. This fantastic charity is the creator of the #itsokaytotalk campaign, aiming to get people talking about mental health. We will be taking part in a number of activities over the next 12 months to help raise awareness of mental health and importantly raise funds to help support all those in need #mentalhealth #MentalHealthMatters #EndTheStigma

Yesterday we ran our Traffic Management for Community Events course for free for Alzheimer's Society. It makes us feel good supporting the work of this amazing charity & by doing so, they can ensure their organised events are legal & more importantly safe for all #UnitedAgainstDementia
