Morning all, this weekend there is no delivery or collection service. Due to the fact we are at Rivendale festival. Great music, brilliant venue, lovely people and obviously belter food 😋😎🍔🍟🍹☀️🎶

Went for a meal here for the first time and omg it was amazing the Mac and cheese was to die for and considering there was limited staff and one guy was serving and cooking and everything still managed to make gorgeous food highly recommended

We ordered a salt and pepper mixed grill box and it was so good! Ordered it with an extra burger so we had a burger each and shared the rest. Glad we decided to go would highly recommend, lovely food and friendly staff both inside and over messenger.

Tried the philly steak burger tonight, it was unreal! Sallt&pepper chicken fries on the side � 10/10 on taste, presentation and quick service... and 2 budweisers for £5.00 is pretty awsome too.

Ordered the double mac attack and double bacon cheese burger. I must say it was delicious. Quick delivery and very friendly. Definitely recommend �

Ordered a mac and cheese burger tonight and was not disappointed! Absolutely stuffed, plenty chips and a damn good burger! The member of staff I spoke to was lovely and the packaging for my food kept it hot and safe. Definitely will be returning, loved it!

Nicest burger ive had for a long time got the phoe-king chicken burger , and the misses got the american waffle burger which i finished off for her well nice definetely be back , diffrent from out around here well done

Having recently met Dan and Andrew I thought that I'd give it a try so tonight I ordered the bonfire meal



Arrived within 30 minutes and the food was genuinely first class. Highly recommend and look forward to trying more of the menu in future

Absolutely amazing! We’ve just had a Big Mac reinvented and pho-king hell burgers, they were delicious! We also had a side order of Mac and cheese which was to die for! The onion rings were huge and gorgeous. Best place for burgers in town! We will be back. �

Absolutely Gorgeous! Me and my partner both had the mac attack and was amazing! Very friendly staff and management would highly recommend looking forward to trying the Christmas burger along :). Been in quite a few times and haven't been disappointed yet.

Tried to order not long after opening and waited hours got no food with poor communication but give them their dues they have sorted it out I have ordered a few times now and the food has arrived in good time and was tasty .

We booked a table on a Friday night after three days of trying and they didn't have a clue we were coming or how many of us. The food was average at best, waiting staff didn't know anything about the small menu, the chef went missing during service and the deserts were appalling for 7.50 supermarket stuff on a plate. Did not meet the recommendations we had heard.

They have apologised, ordered food via app (which needs improved) no food showed up after nearly half an hour of the asked delivery time, when contacted I was told I had been refunded, they were at full capacity so wont be able to put on a good show for deliveries.

Would of been nice to have had a notice on Facebook stating this

Awful, ordered at 18:16, was told would be delivered at half 7, which was ok, but by 19:55, no order, rang & was told would be delivered within an hour, 20:55, no order, rang again, was told to wait outside the house, 12 mins later, I tried to call 3 times, no answer, my friend tried once, they picked right up, ignoring calls, not good, the girl said sorry but our order wasn't coming, my friend spoke to the manager, whom was really helpful said would get our order too us, it finally arrived just before half nine, 3 hours and 15 minutes after ordering, the worst part is the food was really nice, but terrible service.

Urban grill is that urban it takes over 4 hours for delivery. I Think the driver walked from Workington to dearham. Food order came cold & driver had attitude. Business blamed driver? Driver blamed business. Business said next time say half price? I think next time I will order a fish from an Eskimo. Probably quicker him getting here on his snow boots & sledge.
