We visited yesterday for the first time , The place is kept very tidy and clean it's very accesable and lots of seating available.The cafe is great and very reasonable. The staff are all happy and management go out there way to accommodate you nothing was too much to ask . We will definitely be returning and telling our friends x

We visited as we were staying just outside the area and needed to find something to entertain our 10 year old and 7 year old. We were so impressed with the venue, the staff and the way in which the place is run professionally with lots of fun. Will be back. Highly recommend. Excellent value for money.

We took our yr 6 class there this afternoon and I cannot thank all the staff enough. The staff were amazing and the kids had a wonderful time.

Thank you all so much for making their treat that little bit more special.

Today we had our 7 year olds birthday party at urban jump and it was absolutely fantastic!! Kids had an amazing time and are thoroughly worn out � food was fab and our daughter gave her party 1000 out of 10

My son went to a birthday party at Urban Jump in November and loved it! He had to be reminded of the rules a couple of times, but staff were really patient and spoke gently to him.



After returning home, he refused to remove the socks he had had to wear. He's autistic and gets very attached to certain materials. In this case it was the gripper on the soles of the socks. He wore them for days and days on end, meaning I was having to give them a quick rinse every evening once he was asleep.



I contacted Urban Jump and asked if I could buy him a couple of pairs to make my life easier. They offered to send him some, free of charge! They arrived this morning and my son is over the moon! Thank you so much! �

Massive thank you to Matthew, Sophie and the team for making Jayden's party a memorable one �

He had the most amazing time and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful, they were all amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them.

I had my daughter's party there on the Friday March 23rd night. I had 18 children jumping and after they all had Hot Dogs + drink. I must admit it got quite expensive but seeing those kids having so much fun, it was worth it!! The duty manager was great and I had two little ones who were able to jump too.

We were very impressed by the food too!!

I had been thinking of taking my son to urban jump for sometime but I was worried he wouldn't cope very well as he is autistic. I phoned before to let them know he is autistic and he may not cope well with waiting. I was so pleased when we arrived at 5pm. They remembered that I had phoned and really looked after us at check in making sure he could cope. He settled well and had a great time thanks to the fantastic staff. I spoke to one member of staff and told him my son is Autistic and his reply was "I know and I have been keeping an eye on him " how lovely is that . The place is so clean and bigger then I thought it would be. If I could give Urban Jump 10 stars I would . My only wish is that I had got the manager's name so I could thank him on here. What a wonderful place and we can't wait to come back for more fun. Thank you again to all at Urban Jump

I came along with some friends ages 7-37 and we had a fantastic time. The health and safety was informative and easy for the younger ones to understand and take seriously. Everywhere was lovely and clean and the staff were brilliant. I can’t fault this experience. It’s so nice to go somewhere where you’re made to feel welcome and allowed to just have fun. Thank you so much. We will be back!

Fantastic place to visit , we come here a lot and are always welcomed by friendly staff who are helpful and always on the ball . If I’ve seen children being told not to do something including my own on the odd occasion it’s for their own safety and others so I don’t see a problem with that . My two boys always have such an enjoyable experience and it’s worth every penny . Thanks to all at urban jump !

Came here Thursday 12th April between 5-7 and sat watching all the staff go about their business....well... not one did I see that looked unhappy to be here... all carried out their jobs with competence and professionally done... the manager was brilliant...I saw 3 big issues arise and he carried them out like a true pro. The way he was with customers and staff was a pleasure to watch....i thought about giving Soar in Guildford a try but there really is no point....i don't think they could better here..... well done to all....i will definitely be coming back

Absolutely superb! I visited for my sons birthday and from the moment we walked in we were greeted by the Manager with a friendly smile, I felt that he could not do enough for us. The boys all had a blast, and I felt relaxed knowing that they were in all capable hands by the staff at each station. I couldn't fault today, so thank you once again to Urban Jump for making this such a brilliant day and to all the staff that are friendly and extremely well mannered! Keep up the good work!!

Took my two kids for their first ever visit yesterday. Loved it. Clean, plenty seating areas, lovely café, lovely friendly staff, not packed out the door like other parks we have been too but only one thing let it down. My kids attended the open bounce with rainforest which was fine but my daughter who is nearly 11 got told off a couple of times for minor things. Once for bouncing over a trampoline using one foot and the other time for landing on one foot after doing an Ariel jump! She isn't a qualified gymnast or trampolinist just a young girl who likes to have a bit of fun and to practice twists etc. What difference is it if she lands on one foot or two on a trampoline only she was on? It wasn't a training session! This really spoiled the experience. Whats the point in signing a waver if every little move a child makes is scrutinised. The young girl was even telling tiny kids off who were only having some fun bounce time. Its a really a bit OTT on that score.

Wouldn’t even give this place one star

Customer service is awful !

All young staff and totally rude and ignorant

I wouldn’t advise anyone to come here

Very dirty if you look in the windows as you go in you’ll see webs and dust

No one behind the food and drinks counters

All in all just don’t go here

Would advise anywhere els for a fun day out

Staff are very rude and do not do their job properly, children running around messing about down where the seating is, kicking things about and throwing things and no one batted an eyelid, far too many people per session considering the amount of trampolines available, my fiancées sister got told off even though she did nothing wrong, children bouncing onto your trampoline while you’re using it, it’s ridiculous, don’t come here, would rather travel the 2 and a half hours to Bluewater and go to Gravity as they are far better over there than Urban Jump will ever be.

Had a VIP party 3-5. 4:15 ten mins after kids sat to eat host started taking food and throwing it in the bin and rushing them saying time to go home and put shoes on as I was doing the cake. I checked the time and said no we’ve booked til 5 and now half the food is in the bin so paid way over £300 for a rubbish party which was completely ruined as the host apparently wanted to go home on time. Absolutely disgusting

Came here with my 2 children and my girlfriend Tuesday to find the staff whispering about us instead of saying the kids can not bounce as they were under 5 1 being 4 and 1 being 3 instead pulling us to 1 side and saying it the felt they had a little gossip about us what we thought was very rude i get the health and safety side.of it but considering there was 2 other people on the whole.of the trampolines they could of let us bounce with my.children this time.round would never return to this place couldn't even get a refund as booked via Groupon

Had a VIP party 3-5. 4:15 ten mins after kids sat to eat host started taking food and throwing it in the bin and rushing them saying time to go home and put shoes on as I was doing the cake. I checked the time and said no we’ve booked til 5 and now half the food is in the bin so paid way over £300 for a rubbish party which was completely ruined as the host apparently wanted to go home on time. Absolutely disgusting

Came here with my 2 children and my girlfriend Tuesday to find the staff whispering about us instead of saying the kids can not bounce as they were under 5 1 being 4 and 1 being 3 instead pulling us to 1 side and saying it the felt they had a little gossip about us what we thought was very rude i get the health and safety side.of it but considering there was 2 other people on the whole.of the trampolines they could of let us bounce with my.children this time.round would never return to this place couldn't even get a refund as booked via Groupon
