Not worth the 99£ on simple cleaning pedi & meni!!!

Nice Hammam experience, but the massage is much shorter than you'd think it was gonna be. For a 100 min treatment, massage takes only 10 min or less. Other than that, the Hammam itself is really beautiful.

I went to Urban Retreat Harrods and we had the most incredible hair cut by George Akkad .
Was fantastic experience at Harrods .
Great salon very friendly atmosphere and highly customer service .
I will go back again to George with my family and friends .

Terrible place. Staff are very unprofessional and services are hugely over priced. On top of that I was also over charged and they still have not refunded. The charged me for a "deposit" on the service and then charged for the FULL price of the service on the day. It's such a scam as I have read many other reviews where the same thing happened.

I spoke to a lady at Urban Retreat today about having my daughters ears pierced and she couldn't have been more helpful. Far more reassuring than the staff at Liberty. Customer service skills are so important.

Really good service and beautiful Moroccan theme hammam. The massage was really good and relaxing. Quite pricey compared to many other places

I was very disappointed by my treatment at the hair salon at Urban retreat. After having an excellent hair wash after my colour I was left waiting at the station for over 20 mins with no explanation of where the hairdresser was.

Eventually when she came it was explained that she had to service a client in the private room. She rushed to complete my haircut in time for my massage (scheduled at 2:30pm). She told me I would have to come back after my massage for my blow dry. No regard was paid to my schedule for the day and I was expected to accommodate just so that the salon could make more money by attending to another client on my time.

Once I did come for my blow dry I felt so uncomfortable because the hairdresser was rushing to blow-dry my hair whilst the next client was next to me. I could see her attention on the next client (understandably) but it meant that throughout my session I felt rushed. I did not drive all the way from Berkshire and pay £40 for parking to be treated like a 2nd class customer.

After this experience I have very little confidence or reason to come back to Urban Retreat for a relaxing and high quality session. I will be sure to alert my circle of friends that it is really not worth the effort or money.

I got my ears pierced here. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and a wide selection of earrings .
