Went here today for the first time. Simply put the place is amazing and The Pizza � was something else. 5* Will definitely be going again. Excellent food, Great Staff and really good atmosphere �

We visited on sat eve. Prebooked , loved our meals and the service was excellent , staff so helpful , nothing too much and explained the menu . Would recommend to anyone .

We had one of the best family lunches ever. My pizza was one of the best I have ever had...pork meatballs, cream, rocket, parmesan. Cammy had spaghetti and meatballs with tomato sauce and said it was better than his mum's special sauce (high praise indeed). Dan and Lori had pizzas and thought they were epic. Service was fantastic. Lori especially liked that she got to taste the wines before choosing. We will definitely be going back before we finish our holiday and will make it the first place we go when we are back in Chester. I don't normally do reviews but it was so good I felt urbano32 deserved one.

Really great brunch. Brilliant staff. Super vibe. Definitely the place for an aging hipster like me. Loved it.

Lovely place, amazingly friendly staff. Guy who served us was really good and knew his pizza!! Fantastic menu and fact they have a food intolerance menu was even better!! Couldn't recommend a better place to go 😃

I visited this fabulous little independent Pizza bar this evening having travelled from Cardiff. Food was very good, Grappa was perfect and Olivia and Lucy were simply fabulous company. I’d recommend this wholeheartedly.

I have at least Urbano’s pizza once a week.

Became huge fan.

Tonight did a deliveroo order, and just one of the 2 pizzas arrived! Urbano kindly offered 2 more fresh pizzas without requesting it besides the 1 recieved!

They showed their high quality is not only in the food but also service!

ps. try the Polenta fries!!!

Had a lovely lunch in the sun here today. Food was fantastic one of the best pizzas we've had and all came very quickly. Staff are fantastic. Can't wait to come back �

First time in Urbano32 today, and what a treat! Staff are amazing, even though the restaurant was busy, they were really attentive and chatty. The place is lovely, fab interior design and worth a visit just to see the loos, with Cowshed hand lotions! Excellent food, which you see is cooked fresh and to order, and good value. Thanks everyone, we'll definitely be back :)

Excellent choice of foods for our family group comprising one vegan, two veggies and one meat eater! Lovely friendly service and we didn't have to wait too long to get a table on a busy Saturday lunch time.

Always stop for lunch. Great food, well priced with first class service. Chilled and relaxed atmosphere too.

We had a drink there in the afternoon, service was very slow, from ordering, serving to paying. In the evening we went back for food and it was excellent including service.

It was a hot Saturday afternoon so most outside seating everywhere was taken. We found a table here squashed in a corner with not much room, but we squeezed in. It was very busy, but we got a menu after a few minutes. The lovely friendly waitress took our order, and noticed we didn't have much room, so immediately wheeled the side barriers out to give us more room, and also quickly sorted out the wobbly table, purely down to the fact it was on old Chester paving. The food and drinks came promptly and were really nice. We visited the ladies before we left and have to say , it was fab and funky!! The inside of the restaurant at the back has low arched ceilings which have such age and character. The bill took some time to come, purely down to how busy they were. Good prices , food and services. Would go again x

Very slow service, most of the staff were pleasant but somewhat inattentive. Breakfast was average at best. Wouldn’t return.

Sat for over 20 mins trying to decide what to eat (not a fussy eater but wanted to alter almost everything on the menu) not so much as a drinks order taken...left to have a very enjoyable drink and meal elsewhere! �

Only 2 tables full in the place yet it still it took 20 mins to even get a drink. When we eventually got the food the potato side arrived it was burned and inedible. Such a shame
