We have now called everyone who had missed their Xmas appointments and most are booked back in. If we have missed you by mistake, call us and we will fit you in as best we can.

WE HAVE A WORKING BOILER! HURRAH!
We are slowly working through the list of all customers who have missed out on their Xmas grooms and are trying to rearrange them asap.
We are booked up solidly so far this coming week but have spaces available for the following week. (Hopefully this isn't too long a wait!) Reilly is now leaving the shop till the 2nd, but will come in and continue calling everyone to rearrange their appointments.

UPDATE: Boiler is now being replaced on (estimated date) new years eve *FINGERS CROSSED* huge apologies once again for the delays WE WILL GET THERE! 😁

GOOD NEWS! Our boiler is being repaired in the next day or two, so we will be contacting all our customers who missed out on their Xmas groom to get you booked back in ASAP.
As an apology for the inconvenience, we will be adding a complimentary spa package to everyone who has missed out, which includes a Blueberry Facial treatment, protective paw balm treatment and a little bag of treats from Olives Deli. We hope you all had a lovely Christmas and here's to a much better 2019.

It's is with absolute sadness that we are having to cancel all appointments upto Christmas as our boiler is broken and cannot be repaired in time. We are so deeply sorry for the inconvenience. We will refund all xmas deposits made by our customers for their bookings. 😭😭😭

Just a heads up to our lovely customers! Our boiler has packed in! (Yay!😤) We are currently expecting an engineer this afternoon to repair it (fingers crossed!) So we are rescheduling all of today's appointments. Huge apologies for the inconvenience. We will keep you updated with the progress!

Just to advise all customers, we are closed tomorrow as Reilly has a hospital appointment in the morning. However, we will be back open as usual on Friday. Many thanks for your understanding.

To all our wonderful customers. Just to let you all know, I will be taking a short break from grooming as I need to focus on myself for a little while. But don't worry! The amazing and talented new team, Robyn and Chloe, will be there to pamper your puppers. If you need to speak to me, just ask the girls to get in touch or just DM the Facebook page and I will reply as soon as I can. Hopefully, it won't be too long before I return. ALSO, don't be afraid to speak up if there is something you're not happy with, we want to provide the best grooms and service possible for you, we won't be offended because we all want you and your dogs to have the best experience and service possible. We are starting to promote 'Dog friendly' local businesses in store. If you own a restaurant, shop, cafe, bar (or anything really) that encourages owners with their pets to visit, drop in your business cards so we can recommend you as a ' Dog friendly' South Manchester establishment :)

my little man Ziggy has just been and received a 5 star full groom at urbanpaw, and what a great job they have done, he was pampered and looked after from the second we walked in the door by the freindly and very attentive owner, lovely shop and great service, I think we have definatly found our little boys go to groomers⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We took our pup Milo for his first puppy pamper and I was greeted by Riley and Toni who were both just so friendly and they gave Milo such a fuss and he instantly appeared at ease . They made Milo feel at home and soon Milo ran off to start his pamper. When I collected him he looked just cutest!! Absolutely perfect! I cannot recommend Urban Paws enough! My first experience of a groomers and it could not of been any better.

Today we tuck Raffi in for his first ever puppy groom! The staff were so lovely as soon as we went in they were straight over getting to know him and he settled in straight away! We left him with them and returned a little while letter to the most fluffiest pooch ever! He was pleased to see us but he still also wanted cuddles of everyone else! The staff are so friendly and you can really tell they love what they do! We have booked to go back in a few weeks time and are super excited. It is a fab place and we are so pleased we found it!!

The staff are all lovely and really go out there way for your loved one ours being GIZMO I would highly recommend this grooming shop to anyone and do so .....if you want great value for your money and your dog to be treated as well as you do then this is the place to go it’s also very clean and you will get to meet the beautiful pug olive she is sooo cute �

Simply the best! Friendly professional service and added bonus of being local to me (although it is easy to park if not). My large labradoodle loves it there - and I love how she looks and smells when she comes back. Thanks Reilly - you deserve to do well.

Riley is an amazing groomer, a dog whisperer! My westie was very nervous going to be groomed due to having ear and skin problems and we'd been turned away from a few groomers as he had scratched and nipped when scared. Riley was so patient but firm with him and gave him regular breaks. And now Olly is happy to be groomed and gives plenty of kisses! Riley is also super friendly and just a lovely guy. His shop looks cool (all done by Riley himself) and laid back and he has loads of new and exciting treats, clothes and food to browse. Highly recommend!

Reilly is fab. Pika looks amazing. She was starting to look like a hippy dog but now she looks groomed but still with her little mullet quirkiness. She has been to Rielly once before at his old place and it was nice to know he knew who she was when I called to book her in. We will be back soon

Reilly is amazing. My pooches were one of his first customers in didsbury. They looked gorgeous after their trim and they still have their matching beautiful bandanas. He gives you the greatest customer service and truly loves what he does for a living and it shows! You do not need to worry at all, as your little furry babies are in great hands. 100% Recommended!!

Reilly is a fantastic groomer. We've been to many groomers over the last 2 years with our cockerpoo (also including moving counties) and he is by far the best I've experienced. He listens and can make your dog look just the way you want them to look. The new salon looks awsome and has a gate around the grooming area so the dogs can potter pre & post groom - much better than being tied up or in a crate. Unfortunately for us we now live miles away. But whenever we're back Murphy will defo be back too! Can't recommend enough!

Reilly has groomed our Cavoodle, Elmo, a number of times now and I've always been totally delighted with the work he does. He's so caring with the dogs and he's great explaining why things need doing in certain ways. Very thorough and a keen eye for detail which is obviously why the end result is always 1st class. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Really nice friendly service, lots of happy pups around. The lady managed to cut both our difficult dogs nails (a chihuahua and a pug) in a very calming and professional way. thank you. Two happy dogs ❤️

My little dog Bella’s first haircut at Urban Paws today. After a very bad experience at a different salon, I’m absolutely delighted of Urban Paws caring way with her. Her haircut is simply gorgeous. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you

My dog is very wary of new places and people, but the warm welcome we received at Urban Paw Grooming allowed me to leave her there for a full pamper without any worries. When I went to collect her, I walked in to find her curled up on the floor having snuggling with one of the groomers, so immediately knew that she had settled in just fine. Reilly did a fantastic job, and Eva came away looking stunning, and will now hopefully leave fewer hairs all over me when she has cuddles!

My dog Darcy has been going to Reilly at Urban Paw for quite a while now. We tried lots of different groomers in the past who Darcy seemed to be petrified of(!) However, she loves Reilly and he does a fabulous job at washing and cutting her.

Highly recommend!

My 7 year Yorkie has always been groomed at home as we've never trusted anyone to go near her. I stumbled across Urbanpaw and so glad I did. The staff were amazing and were fantastic with my nervous pooch. Our little Lola has never looked so fabulous. This was Lola's first trip to a groomers and will definitely not be the last! Cannot recommend Urbanpaw enough. Thank you again and see you soon.

My 16 week old Cavapoo has been for 2 puppy grooms now and he has settled with Reilly and Toni amazingly. They are so lovely with him and do a fantastic job. He smells gorgeous for days afterwards. Brilliant groomers!

Just picked up Noah from his first visit to the groomers and couldn't be happier! Not only the staff is lovely but the place is gorgeous and the service is brilliant! Thanks guys! x

I took Millie my long haired chihuahua in today for the first time. She was washed, cut and had her nails clipped. They were great with her and she looks great! 5 stars �

Francis been groomed for the first time by Riley. Couldn't be more happy with the result! He smelt beautiful and all his nails were clipped-something I've never achieved to do! Plus he wasn't running like mad afterwards! Save so much time and is much safer for the dogs! I am coming back!!!
