Turkish Manti - you need this. Apparently the smaller the manti, the higher your host thinks of you and according to Turkish legend, your manti should be small enough that 40 fit on your spoon! Jog on mate! Here are 6 deliciously big manti. Half way between a dumpling and pasta, filled with a lamb adana style mix and topped with spicy tomato sauce, garlicky yoghurt, sumac, mint and burnt butter. Oh my lorddddy.
