Went on a weds night , brilliant deal for 9.95, food and service was excellent really recommend the southern r Indian garlic dishes best I’ve had 👏🏻

Thank you for all your help and assistance in raising money for our charity the Georgia Fourie Butterfly Fund, helping the children of Holly Grove School. We had a lovely meal last night and your staff were so accommodating. Everyone said how yummy the food was and the service was great! We will be back next year.

So I went to the Usha Restaurant this evening for my dinner. I had commented yesterday tagging Sarah Amy Redmond about going for dinner tonight. One of the team at Usha Restaurant left a comment to mention the "English curry awards" (which they have had some success in and quite rightly so) for a surprise. The food was brill and then at the end of the meal they brought a bottle of wine and some flowers to the table as a surprise! Took a photo too! Love this place used go go lots when I loved in Burnley. Food still as fab as ever! Staff always lovely and helpful.

Oh my god! I've just had the most amazing curry. The best I've ever had in all my life, and curry is my favourite meal so I've had A LOT. thank you so much for being so welcoming too. Service was second to non! Definitely recommend.

Never been disappointed with this place usually only do take away and the staff are so friendly on the occasion we will eat in with our children and I have never felt out of place, rushed or unwanted..... this place seems to be about the people. Food too tasty staff so friendly and atmosphere amazing.... try it you won't look back

Never been disappointed with the quality of the food, or the friendly, polite and helpful staff. They will always explain about a particular dish if you need them to. Prices are very competitive as well. If you haven't dined there yet I suggest you do so.....Your first visit will definitely not be your last.

I would highly rate this Indian restaurant, the inside looks nice, the seating booths are really comfortable. The food is delicious, i didn't have to wait long. Another fantastic meal !!! I have coeliacs disease the staff had a good knowledge of what I needed to not eat, had a good chat with them they kept popping over to make sure I was ok ! After ordering a take out and getting back to my car to find it wouldn’t start, I contacted for road side who advised me a 90 min wait. There was me, 3 children and our 13 old puppy stuck on Usha car park. As the weather had got freezing I sent the girls back in the restaurant to warm up whilst I sat with the puppy. My eldest rang me 5 minutes later to say that the staff had sat her and her sisters at a table, given them fresh plated food and drinks.

Finally my car was sorted and I went in to thank the staff - my girls were sat with a full banquet in front of them and huge smiles on their faces. I offered the staff member a gesture for the extra food but he wouldn’t accept it, he instead bagged up all the food which was left, for me to take home.



I was stressed but knowing the girls were in the warmth, eating made the situation so much easier.

The food and staff were absolutely amazing and we can not thank them enough.

We go to Usha quite often and we really enjoy it . We were there last night and it was lovely we had the Wednesday Banquet, but I really feel that one waiter in particular that served us needs retraining , A smile and a simple hello would at least make you feel welcome ! We weren't asked if we were ready for the main meal it just arrived , We would rather of had a little bit of time between the courses. We normally leave a tip but we didn't think that it was deserved last night !

I ordered a takeaway which included the usual popadoms and chutneys, however the onion chutneys were not any that I have had before, the onion mix was in a sauce which usually comes with cucumber and other thinly sliced salads but it was just raw onion cut into squares not shredded in a mango sauce, not to my liking but others may prefer, also ordered masala which was sweet more like a korma but red, again someone else may like but I usually think of an orange slightly spicier curry for masala. One thing that let me down even more was that I ordered off the menu on the website which was not updated and I was expecting a free bottle of wine but with the new menu, you have to spend over £30 for free wine.

The rice was lovely and the starters were great, I got a lot of meat in each dish and staff were all friendly upon collection.

would've given 4.5 out of 5 only i never got dessert.had the sunday buffet, the starter was lovely, 4 different starters, the main course, i had south indian lamb aloo with boiled rice. was lovely too. i cleared my plate. then it all went wrong.

about 15 mins after i'd finished my main, someone came past with the sweet trolley, only to discover that the tables hadn't been cleared on a table of 20 celebrating a 30th birthday. they rushed to clear the table then the staff vanished leaving the sweet trolley where it was left. about 10 mins later a diff member of staff walked to the trolley and served half the birthday party then walked off with the trolley. 15 mins later they returned with the trolley and served the other half of the party, then left again with the trolley leaving 4 tables in a row that i was on without dessert. anyway, 1 table left, then another and another leaving me. so after waiting after i waited an hour i left myself. no one asked if meal was ok or not. they just took the money. no tip and i left. very disappointing finish to a great meal

Waited 25 minutes to order food, had to ask for more drinks, didn't ask if our food was ok, after finishing our main meal the plates were taken away. We were not asked if we wanted to see the desert menu, waited another 20 minutes then asked for the bill as we could not be bothered waiting longer.

A real shame, would return for the food but the service has put me off!

I went on Christmas eve chef kicking off with a waiter in front of my elderly parents and brothers kids waiters trying too take plates away without asking before we'd finished was totally disappointed
