Went to start to have a look for prom dresses but the service we had was fantastic, Allison really knows what she's talking about, very helpful and Lauren tried lots on. No hard sell. Fell in love with first one tried on. Recommend here for everyone

Went to Utopia today on a recommendation. Alison was so lovely and very accommodating. I found everything I wanted! Was very pleased with my visit.

Well what can I say!!! Fantastic shop, AMAZING dresses, and the lady who owns it goes that extra mile to make u a very happy customer prom dress shopping with my beautiful neice not only made her happy but a very happy momma and aunty

Visited utopia today, Alison is such a lovely lady put my mind at ease was so helpful wasnt interested in a hard sell was all about finding the right dress for me. Lovely dresses in stock at affordable prices would highly recommend.

The dresses are beautiful and the lady there was really helpful with what suits me, I'm in love my dress thank you.

Sue was feeling a bit nervous but she was soon put at ease, lady was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend this shop.

Joy was very helpful from the start with the Bolehall Manor bridal fayre through to purchasing the bridesmaids dresses which absolutely love to recommending the Seamstress for alterations. Many thanks �

I've been to so many wedding stores and none have been as welcoming and helpful as Utopia! I felt no pressure to make my decision, I was given all the time, advice, and assistance I needed. Would absolutely recommend!

I went in Utopia bridal and met Alison with only just over 2 weeks before my big day. The shop is spacious and has a very relaxed friendly atmosphere that is really important. Alison was the loveliest lady and after a bad experience at another bridal shop I was very apprehensive how I was going to be met. I need not have worried. She was patient and listened exactly to what I had in mind and we tried lots of styles and designs of dresses until I found the one. The whole experience was how it should be from the beginning I could not recommend a better shop for brides to be to visit. So many dresses (bridesmaid ones too), a lovely shop setting and the very best customer service. Thank you xx

I have been struggling to find my daughter the perfect bridesmaid dress. I was introduced to Utopia -Allison - we booked an appointment and were overwhelmed by the amount of dresses available. Within 10minutes we had a huge amount of perfect dresses! How do you chose? Allison was fantastic! She is honest and helps you narrow down to the One! I have an extremely Happy girl - and I'm an even happier Mummy when I heard the price! If you need a wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, prom dress any dress - Utopia is a must!! Highly recommend

Had the most Amazing experience in Utopia this morning, looking for our daughters Prom dress! Such quality one-to-one service! Nothing was too much of a problem in listening to our needs and in helping us find the Perfect dress! Would highly recommended to everyone I know & return in the future!
