Went to beefeaters tonight 8/10 for a surprise 50th meal for my husband we had a private room and staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for you the food was lovely and the staff fetched the meal in with a smile well done keep it up brilliant service would highly recommend this place

Went Saturday evening, 10/06 with 2 friends and we had a lovely evening, plenty of gin and tonics and great food, we all ordered the fillet steak and it was superb! Only criticism was the gin and tonic trifle couldn't taste any gin at all!! But nice non the less although bit to sweet for me. Staff are lovely and friendly and very attentive. Well done Beefeater Uxbridge! We will be back.

We took our grandson for lunch at the new uxbridge beefeater yesterday, it wasn't too busy which was nice and we were shown to a booth straightaway.... the waitress Jennie was really lovely and made a fuss of our 3 and a half year old, the food was great and the children's meal turned up warm which meant he didn't have to wait to fuff it to cool it down.... the service was great and I would recommend it to everyone, the food was delicious and we would definitely be returning soon.

Stayed at the Premier Inn for two nights as we were visiting chessington and legoland. Had breakfast on both days, no waiting for a table an food was lovely. We had an evening meal on the Saturday and we were served by a lovely enthusiastic waiter who's name was Mo the food was lovely and all four of us enjoyed it. I would recommend trying it x

My husband and l went yesterday evening (Wednesday) It wasn't too busy. We were greeted by a very nice polite young girl who then took our drinks order. The waitress was equally helpful and the food was yummy. We will definitely go again. We went when it first opened and we were didappointed, but looking back that was because it was so bury and not enough staff to deal with it.

Every time I go with Michele it’s the perfect way to end our weekend. Food � is really good staff are very professional and got to know most of them by name now as we go virtually every Sunday would totally recommend it to anybody.

Very good service however what would put me off from going to this branch of Beefeater is that there is a time parking limit of 3hrs however when it's busy in the evening you can be waiting ages till getting the bill which can be an issue of time management. Parking issue has to be revised for me to contemplate going back.

Went to the Beefeater for a niece 2nd birthday. I order fillet steak blue and when it turned up it was freezing cold in the middle. when I told the waitress she said she would get them to cook a new one. the chief came over and said that when fillet is order blue it would be cold in the middle. so while all the rest of the family where eating the dinner I wait 10mins for them to let the fillet steak get to room temperature before they cooked it blue for me. it came out and it was amazing wasn't cold and it was just how I liked it. but after all that hassle I still had to pay the full price for my meal. I was spoken very rudely by one of the staff by the name of Hannah. to be honest I've never had any problems like this before and I wasn't very satisfied with her responds. we spent over £200 in the beefeater and was spoken to like dirt.

Under staffed, staff have a couldn't care less attitude, not what you would expect from a beefeater. Put 4 of us on a small table, when we asked if we could have a bigger table ( lots of empty tables) we were told no as they were not made up!

Went for breakfast, had a long wait for cold food. Had to ask for a clean glass and a bowel at the buffet.

Good food but the service is VERY slow indeed compaired to other Beefeaters in the bourough. We went on a Monday night and it wasn’t that busy and we STILL had wait for service. From first walking in Right through the night to ordering our pudding. Don’t go here if you are in a hurry to go else where or are very hungry . Not good !!!😒🙁👎🏻

Arranged to meet our son and his wife here to have a meal before there flight back to USA 2 mixed grills steak was cold and you could not chew it the rest on the plate was cold even the plate had not been warmed the same with the steak and prawns very small portions for the price over £18.00 and cold

Not a very good experience.Waited ages for starters to come when they did one was missing so I told them to make sure it comes of the bill . Waited around 2 hour for meals to finally arrive.

It seems it all went wrong with the missing starter that mucked up there system that in turn delayed the mains.

Food was fine got the bill and missed started still on it.

Really should of complained and had a reduced bill but just wanted to get out as the kids had really had enough after being there for 3 hours.

I normally eat here & food lovely went Saturday had worst waiter ever food over cooked my chicken couldn't cut let alone eat it ribs and chicken cold a hour for our food waiter kept disappearing for ages chefs shouting for staff to get the food didn't see any management if I go back will make sure it's weekdays 1st time ever never left a tip waste of money

After having a lovely time last year for my daughters 21st we decided to go back for my nieces 21st tonight. Well what a disappointment, we waited for menus then got them ourselves after asking a member of staff and no one coming. We then had to ask again more than once to take our order. After an hour later the food came out before having to wait again for mains, we had young children who were hungry and had to wait just as long. To top it all off meals were wrong and some were cold and then the bill was wrong. Although they gave us money off the bill we would of preferred good service and hot meals. This upset my sister as it not only was her daughters special birthday we were also saying farewell as she is working abroad for the summer. We don’t usually complain but I would hate for anyone else’s special night to be ruined. If you take a large booking please ensure you have the staff to cater for it.

air vents not working, stopped off with daughter and daughter inlaw on the way to Heathrow for our holiday and our clothes and a terrible stench, even with the doors open the smoke was bad, we were the only ones in there at 5pm then crowds came in, we were not warned of the problem before ordering (although the staff knew) ruined our meal and never offered to refund it, also ruined the begging of the holiday as we had to all change clothes at the airport, our Hair we could do nothing about , shame as such a big company and chain they could not avoid it this or even afford to close for one evening or warn us first :(

Wow beefeater, two bad experiences three days!



I had an awful experience on Wednesday evening (cremated steak, forgotten food orders, went home having eaten nothing) however I won’t go into further detail on this occasion as thanks to Hannah our complaint couldn’t have been dealt with any better, she was so helpful, apologetic and she is an absolute credit to your establishment.



Unfortunately today you really lost all hope of any custom from my family again. This is due to the absolute waste of space you had as a manger around lunchtime today. My elderly, mother and her friend came to your restaurant for lunch today, within minutes of being there they witnessed him being unhelpful and aggressive toward a man in a wheelchair (who had pre booked a table and checked you would have accessibility for him prior to arriving) saying that there were no tables to accommodate a wheelchair (last time I checked you just move a normal chair and hey presto! you have room for a wheelchair). In a huff he eventually moved a chair for him and his party to sit down... this all within the first ten minutes of arriving... shocking.



At this point my mum and friend should have walked out the door and gone home but they don’t get out much so they must have been determined for one of your lunches. When this “manager” came over to them they were told it would be a long wait as they only had two staff on ( fine it’s the school holidays and the suns out this is to be expected) so my mums friend asked if they could sit and get a drink at the bar area “yes fine sit where you want” he says and pointed them toward a sofa seating area. When my mums friend sat there the chairs were just too low and uncomfortable for her so she got up and asked if a table that she could see could be cleared for them to sit and wait..”DID YOU NOT HERE ME?! I SAID SIT WHERE YOU WANT!” He yelled. To an 80 year old woman? Really? That’s how your staff are trained to treat customers? Disgusting! My mother stepped in and politely raised her concerns to him but was passed off with “we only have two staff on” no apology?! He must of realised how wrong he was because apparently he was walking around like a scalded dog with his tail between his legs the rest of the time they were there... still no apology, no form of compensation, no adequate customer service. Only upside is the food they eventually ate was apparently quite tasty even if you only had half the menu in stock.



Bottom line this man is an absolute disgrace and I can assure you I will be spreading the word. I am a hairdresser at a busy salon in Uxbridge town centre and today alone I have been sharing with clients and locals both mine and my mothers experiences at your restaurant and have been re directing them to far superior restaurants in and around the area. I will continue to do so until this problem is addressed and my mothers complaint is resolved.

Only criticism was the gin and tonic trifle couldn't taste any gin at all!! But nice non the less although bit to sweet for me. Staff are lovely and friendly and very attentive. We took our grandson for lunch at the new uxbridge beefeater yesterday, it wasn't too busy which was nice and we were shown to a booth straightaway.... the waitress Jennie was really lovely and made a fuss of our 3 and a half year old, the food was great and the children's meal turned up warm which meant he didn't have to wait to fuff it to cool it down.... the service was great and I would recommend it to everyone, the food was delicious and we would definitely be returning soon.

Stayed at the Premier Inn for two nights as we were visiting chessington and legoland. Had breakfast on both days, no waiting for a table an food was lovely. We had an evening meal on the Saturday and we were served by a lovely enthusiastic waiter who's name was Mo the food was lovely and all four of us enjoyed it. I would recommend trying it x

My husband and l went yesterday evening (Wednesday) It wasn't too busy. We were greeted by a very nice polite young girl who then took our drinks order. The waitress was equally helpful and the food was yummy. We will definitely go again. We went when it first opened and we were didappointed, but looking back that was because it was so bury and not enough staff to deal with it.

Every time I go with Michele it’s the perfect way to end our weekend. Food � is really good staff are very professional and got to know most of them by name now as we go virtually every Sunday would totally recommend it to anybody.

Very good service however what would put me off from going to this branch of Beefeater is that there is a time parking limit of 3hrs however when it's busy in the evening you can be waiting ages till getting the bill which can be an issue of time management. Parking issue has to be revised for me to contemplate going back.

Went to the Beefeater for a niece 2nd birthday. I order fillet steak blue and when it turned up it was freezing cold in the middle. when I told the waitress she said she would get them to cook a new one. the chief came over and said that when fillet is order blue it would be cold in the middle. so while all the rest of the family where eating the dinner I wait 10mins for them to let the fillet steak get to room temperature before they cooked it blue for me. it came out and it was amazing wasn't cold and it was just how I liked it. but after all that hassle I still had to pay the full price for my meal. I was spoken very rudely by one of the staff by the name of Hannah. to be honest I've never had any problems like this before and I wasn't very satisfied with her responds. we spent over £200 in the beefeater and was spoken to like dirt.

Under staffed, staff have a couldn't care less attitude, not what you would expect from a beefeater. Put 4 of us on a small table, when we asked if we could have a bigger table ( lots of empty tables) we were told no as they were not made up!

Went for breakfast, had a long wait for cold food. Had to ask for a clean glass and a bowel at the buffet.

Good food but the service is VERY slow indeed compaired to other Beefeaters in the bourough. We went on a Monday night and it wasn’t that busy and we STILL had wait for service. From first walking in Right through the night to ordering our pudding. Don’t go here if you are in a hurry to go else where or are very hungry . Not good !!!😒🙁👎🏻

Arranged to meet our son and his wife here to have a meal before there flight back to USA 2 mixed grills steak was cold and you could not chew it the rest on the plate was cold even the plate had not been warmed the same with the steak and prawns very small portions for the price over £18.00 and cold

Not a very good experience.Waited ages for starters to come when they did one was missing so I told them to make sure it comes of the bill . Waited around 2 hour for meals to finally arrive.

It seems it all went wrong with the missing starter that mucked up there system that in turn delayed the mains.

Food was fine got the bill and missed started still on it.

Really should of complained and had a reduced bill but just wanted to get out as the kids had really had enough after being there for 3 hours.

After having a lovely time last year for my daughters 21st we decided to go back for my nieces 21st tonight. Well what a disappointment, we waited for menus then got them ourselves after asking a member of staff and no one coming. We then had to ask again more than once to take our order. After an hour later the food came out before having to wait again for mains, we had young children who were hungry and had to wait just as long. To top it all off meals were wrong and some were cold and then the bill was wrong. Although they gave us money off the bill we would of preferred good service and hot meals. This upset my sister as it not only was her daughters special birthday we were also saying farewell as she is working abroad for the summer. We don’t usually complain but I would hate for anyone else’s special night to be ruined. If you take a large booking please ensure you have the staff to cater for it.

air vents not working, stopped off with daughter and daughter inlaw on the way to Heathrow for our holiday and our clothes and a terrible stench, even with the doors open the smoke was bad, we were the only ones in there at 5pm then crowds came in, we were not warned of the problem before ordering (although the staff knew) ruined our meal and never offered to refund it, also ruined the begging of the holiday as we had to all change clothes at the airport, our Hair we could do nothing about , shame as such a big company and chain they could not avoid it this or even afford to close for one evening or warn us first :(

Wow beefeater, two bad experiences three days!



I had an awful experience on Wednesday evening (cremated steak, forgotten food orders, went home having eaten nothing) however I won’t go into further detail on this occasion as thanks to Hannah our complaint couldn’t have been dealt with any better, she was so helpful, apologetic and she is an absolute credit to your establishment.



Unfortunately today you really lost all hope of any custom from my family again. This is due to the absolute waste of space you had as a manger around lunchtime today. My elderly, mother and her friend came to your restaurant for lunch today, within minutes of being there they witnessed him being unhelpful and aggressive toward a man in a wheelchair (who had pre booked a table and checked you would have accessibility for him prior to arriving) saying that there were no tables to accommodate a wheelchair (last time I checked you just move a normal chair and hey presto! you have room for a wheelchair). In a huff he eventually moved a chair for him and his party to sit down... this all within the first ten minutes of arriving... shocking.



At this point my mum and friend should have walked out the door and gone home but they don’t get out much so they must have been determined for one of your lunches. When this “manager” came over to them they were told it would be a long wait as they only had two staff on ( fine it’s the school holidays and the suns out this is to be expected) so my mums friend asked if they could sit and get a drink at the bar area “yes fine sit where you want” he says and pointed them toward a sofa seating area. When my mums friend sat there the chairs were just too low and uncomfortable for her so she got up and asked if a table that she could see could be cleared for them to sit and wait..”DID YOU NOT HERE ME?! I SAID SIT WHERE YOU WANT!” He yelled. To an 80 year old woman? Really? That’s how your staff are trained to treat customers? Disgusting! My mother stepped in and politely raised her concerns to him but was passed off with “we only have two staff on” no apology?! He must of realised how wrong he was because apparently he was walking around like a scalded dog with his tail between his legs the rest of the time they were there... still no apology, no form of compensation, no adequate customer service. Only upside is the food they eventually ate was apparently quite tasty even if you only had half the menu in stock.



Bottom line this man is an absolute disgrace and I can assure you I will be spreading the word. I am a hairdresser at a busy salon in Uxbridge town centre and today alone I have been sharing with clients and locals both mine and my mothers experiences at your restaurant and have been re directing them to far superior restaurants in and around the area. I will continue to do so until this problem is addressed and my mothers complaint is resolved.

Went to beefeaters tonight 8/10 for a surprise 50th meal for my husband we had a private room and staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for you the food was lovely and the staff fetched the meal in with a smile well done keep it up brilliant service would highly recommend this place

Went Saturday evening, 10/06 with 2 friends and we had a lovely evening, plenty of gin and tonics and great food, we all ordered the fillet steak and it was superb!
