Dr Vijay Vadher B. D. S. (Lond)

I am a British Indian, who was born, lived and educated in London. I graduated from the prestigious Kings College London University in 2009. I completed my Dental Foundation training in Poulton-le-Fylde in Lancashire, at Hardhorn Road Dental Surgery where I had a thoroughly enjoyable year surrounded by lovely people and great practitioners, like my mentor Dr Peter Massey. During this foundation year I was awarded as the ‘Best Vocational Dentist in the Lancashire Scheme’ and shortlisted in the top three ‘Best Vocational Dentist in the North West Deanery’.

I have since been working as part of Hemel Smile Studios in Hertfordshire, where I have been surrounded by wonderful people, from whom I have learnt a great deal of knowledge in disciplines such as Implantology, Orthodontics and Prosthodontics. For the last three years I have also been working at Word Of Mouth Dental in my native Essex. I believe working in different surgeries has been advantageous, as it has enabled me to broaden my treatment capabilities by encouraging me to manage the needs of different demographics of people.

I pride myself on being a passionate and caring dentist who has a holistic approach to take care of all of your dental needs and I enjoy treating nervous patients and children. I regularly attend courses to improve the care I provide for my patients and also to improve and broaden my own skill set. I have a particular interest in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry as well as being able to offer my patients Orthodontic treatment through various means.

Outside of Dentistry I enjoy travelling the world, keeping myself fit and active. I regularly play and follow sports such as Football and Tennis, as well as going to the gym during the week.
