What can I say the standard of food and service has not changed has been 1st class and me and my family have been coming here over 10 years!!

Went for the first time last night with my hubby for our 30th anniversary one word AMAZING!! Food was so nice we both had sirloin steak but in different sauces n i can honestly say we've never had such tasty food even the vegetables re yummy, service was good n very quick and our waitress was lovely too, it may have been our first but will most definitely not be our last ❤ we will be bk soon ☺

The food was absolutely beautiful I would definitely visit again the one hang up I have is there is no children's menu they do provide children's portions but I still had to pay as though they were adults other than that fantastic staff and brilliant service

The BEST Italian restaurant ever!!!! The staff remember us when we go back even though we moved away from the area 5 years ago! The ribs are amazing!!!!

Myself and my family have been coming here for years and never once has the food or service let us down. I am shocked by recent reviews as this has never been our experience. It is disappointing that critics do not address their issues directly with the staff or the owner rather than go straight to social media in a damning way. The food is delicious here, staff always friendly and helpful too. We eat out often and Valentinos remains our favourite. Keep up the good work!

Love this place. Lovely family friendly place, yummy food and tonight they surpassed expectations and welcomed 7 growing up girls for a celebratory end of school treat. They had the best time. Thank you so much. They’ll be back again I’m sure.

I've been coming here for about 10 years and it's definitely in my top 5 places to eat, the food is always spot on, the service is fantastic & we're constantly made to feel so welcome! Always my first option for a nice relaxing meal out. I've also taken my two year old daughter quite a few times and she's always accommodated for & the staff are lovely with her xxx (I recommend the pollo voldastana & the risotto 👌🏼

For many years this has been one of my favourite places to eat, not just in the Heatons but anywhere! The food is always superb, the chef and staff extremely friendly and service is always great. The takeaway service is also excellent. My view is also shared by my whole family. There are just too many great meals on the menu to single any one out. If you fancy an Italian meal then I highly recommend Valentinos on Heaton Moor Road - you will not be disappointed!!

Been going for quite a few years now my favourite place to eat ,the food and service is excellent, went last night with my hubby cannot wait to go again I always have the spaghetti marina love it.

Been coming here for many many years, celebrated lots of occasions here. Traditional Italian food with a friendly atmosphere. A firm favourite for our family.

Absolutely love this restaurant, a friendly atmosphere and amazing food, we have eaten here a few times and each time the food has always been fabulous.

Visited on 5.5.17 with my daughter, my friend and her daughter.Great food. All staff polite and pleasant except female waitress. She dropped a knife on my friend's dress and then knocked a full glass of prosecco onto my jeans and top- both by accident. Waitress did not apologise/offer to replace drink/ help- she threw 2 serviettes across the table at me when I said that the drink was all over me. Same waitress then proceeded to talk to other staff about me and my friend in a derogatory manner whilst we were in the toilets. Her boss told her to go home and told us he would deal with the situation in the morning.

Have never been treated so badly and with such disrespect in my life. Restaurant came highly recommended. Visited with my husband the week before with no problems. No discount given off bill etc. Will never go again. Dreadful.

If I could give less I honestly would! I have never been made the feel so uncomfortable!! Had to send back one of our meals as the spaghetti smelled gone off and of raw chicken which was very off-putting and made my boyfriend feel physically sick!



When the chef was told we could hear him shouting that the spaghetti hadn't been near raw chicken so how could it? Even more unprofessional he shouted (very loudly so we all could hear) that he wanted our table back and to clear it now! He then THREW the plate across the kitchen!! There was a table of 12 of us so it was just plain rude and obviously meant to embarrass us as our little table for two was taken off the end!



I didn't even have time to finish my own meal before being kicked off our table! Not that I would have as it was the blandest meal I've ever eaten in my life, it had absolutely no seasoning to it and the fish tasted slimey! The rest of the family stayed and finished their meal and on our way out my boyfriend confirmed with the waitress before we left that his hardly eaten and returned meal wouldn't be on the bill. He was told it was but the meal didn't taste like raw chicken - which we admitted as it was a horrible bleachy and gone off SMELL - however, I have no idea how they would have tasted the food after the plate was thrown on the floor!



I have never been witness to such poor customer service! Worst of all, both my boyfriend and I have been up all night with what I assume is food poisoning. Horrible end to a horrible meal. I wouldn't even give that that food to my dog let alone serve it in a restaurant.

Hair found in food, customer service absolutely awful and no care given. Been coming for 25 years and never had a problem and has gone way down hill now it has changed hands. Attitude was awful from every employee bar 1. Never ever coming back after coming for over 20 years.
