ValePilates a new studio in East Bergholt opens from 18th of April 2016

Vale Pilates is a Pilates studio situated in the heart of East Bergholt, offering a picturesque and relaxed environment.

Health comes with movement and Vale Pilates focuses on bringing movement with joy and without pain.
The aim is to build strength and flexibility to the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and well-being.

Our Instructor Gyrid is a qualified Peak Pilates instructor, educated by a leading Pilates studio, Barefoot studio.

We offer:
one to one sessions
two to one sessions
small group classes of no more than eight persons.

In one to one classes Gyrid tailors the sessions to your needs and can work with any health problems or difficulties you have in everyday life.
