Whenever I've come here, i've enjoyed it. The staff are fantastic too, polite, friendly and efficient. The food has been perfect every time . It's a relaxing place for drinks with friends or family.

Went here yesterday with my partner for brunch prior to a visit to the cinema having visited previously for a coffee. We were certainly not disappointed, the ingredients used were good quality and well cooked, pleasant atmosphere and welcoming staff. Will certainly be going back.

We popped in for supper with our friends on Wednesday night, the food was delicious and our waitress was excellent, happy, courteous and knowledgeable about the food, we were all very impressed. We'll be back on the 21st for a birthday party xx

Our first visit to the Trowbridge Valeroso Lounge was simply amazing. We organised a group of 24 friends for a catch up over some food and drink. Charlotte (General Manager), Jay (barman) and Jodie (serving) were a fantastic team. The friendliness and standard of service was just brilliant from the moment we arrived to the time the last person left. The team helped to make for a truly great evening that was enjoyed by everyone. We were all really impressed with how engaged, happy and friendly the team were, regardless of how hectic it got at times. A great place that we'll recommend to everyone. People make the difference between one establishment against another and you have stars on Charlotte, Jay and Jodie. Well done guys.

Me and my mum went on yesterday at around 1pm.. one of the nicest places we have been too. Great menu... relaxing vibe.. food was awesome.. staff were amazing.. no faults what so ever! � i had the chicken club ciabatta.. it was so tasty and filling.. and my mum had the chilli which is loved! Will deffientley be returning. First time i have ate there as i normally just go for cocktaild but feel like ive missed out many times before now! ���

Just had a lovely vegan curry and a vegan chocolate and ginger tort for pudding. Helpful and friendly staff. Thank you .

I go to The Lounge often and love it!! The staff are really helpful and spare the time to chat to me. Food is lovely. Only criticism is, because I visit every week the menu doesn't change frequently enough, need more choices of cakes and biscuits to eat xx

I always come here. Out of the whole complex I always choose this place. If there is any problems they are quick to correct them. Always been great service for me.

Great place to just chill and catch up with mates. The communal games are fun too. Food and drinks are spot on especially the cocktails all be it quite expensive.

Amazing restaurant, so laid back and staff are really fun and cool. I love the music and the tapas is delicious, can even play board games whilst you wait.

I really liked the atmosphere, Cocktails were delicious and staff very pleasant, very comfortable place also , the only criticism I have and it's a small one is that my friend wanted a cherry bakewell cocktail and they didn't have the liqueur they needed to make it also my bloody Mary didn't have any celery, small critism but attention to detail counts for alot x

I like the Lounge chain - been in many of them in Bristol, Bath, Trowbridge and Plymouth. Good food and the staff always seem helpful and pleasant

Four of us for a quick catch up and lunch, the two ladies working were flat out but excellent. Poor girl, one of them dropped a cup and it went everywhere bless her she was proper embarrassed but lovely atmosphere. Delicious food, highly recommend the falafel burger!! Coffees were lovely! I found a bone in my chicken and my partners burger buns was rock hard

Food was very un appetising but presented ok, staff pleasant surroundings were clean and tidy including the toilets it was my first time but it will also be my last time.

Food crap had burger the bun was so hard couldn't eat it infact a crocodile would of had a job to eat it

The food was cold steak covered in garlic not worth the price, too noisy and seating uncomfortable nothing matched don't plan on returning there!.

Really, really disappointing... Waited ages for food, when it eventually arrived the majority of my lounge breakfast was at best warm, that's being generous with my temperature guess - The wife's Hero burger was apparently ok...



What annoyed me just as much was that not once did the staff ask if everything was OK with our food, despite two friends who joined us had already had to complain about chilli in their panini "no chilli"...



Could well be a bad day, doubt I'll come back to find out...

Really disappointed, we had made a booking for dinner this evening for a friend's Birthday, but when we got there they had taken the booking for the wrong time. Despite the original booking call, my friend adding 2 people to the booking this morning, and taking a Birthday cake in for the booking before we went into the cinema. The response we got was 'we no longer have a table!'

No apology for getting it wrong, or seeing if they could change things to accommodate us. In fact the member of staff was damn right rude! Not impressed at all, certainly won't be going back or recommending the place to anyone!

Avoid unless you want your evening ruined!

Can this restaurant not get it right? Every time I give this place another try something is wrong! Food not available , rude, arrogant staff , cocky female manager in a bloody hat! , long wait on coffees and food. When it does arrive it's cold ! Loungers company please sort out this place! Too many errors keep happening # embarrassingnow
