Vallance and Sons are;

Becs Vallance, a professional fully qualified chef and baker, with 15 years experience in restaurants and cafes in London, Kent and even a couple of winters in the Alps! Her passion has always been baking; something she might of inherited from her Grandfather, himself a professional baker.

Robert Vallance, at just 3 years old at the moment, is mostly ‘chief spoon licker & cake tester’.
Henry Vallance, born May 2017 , he's still a bit little to help out but I'm sure he'll love testing the cakes as much as his brother soon enough!
They are also the inspiration and reason behind Vallance & Sons.
