Great site. Very helpful reception staff.

Clean, warm and well equipped but don't even think about swinging a cat in the bedrooms. Staff friendly and efficient.

My favourite caravan park in clacton staff are so friendly and the caravans and entertainment are amazing. Only criticism is food is a bit pricey

Friendly atmosphere. Helpful staff. Everything you need was there or reasonably close. Onsite Nisa shop was very expensive for certain things.

Disgusted with the presentation of the caravan on arrival, it was not what we had booked (platinum caravan). Smelly interior, urine up the toilet/bathroom walls. Cigarette ends all around entrance and outside patio doors. Communal bins for the area were overflowing with refuse and stank like a landfill.
Internal furnishings were torn and in very poor condition.
Ended up requesting full refund as they could not find alternative accommodation. Ended up spending a few nights in a hotel and cutting holiday short.
They ruined our summer break.

Very good holiday park providing great accommodation, great facilities and entertainment. If, like every other Parkdean resort, they could get the food venues to a good standard for reasonable money then I would have no problem in awarding them five stars. Clacton as a resort though has been left far behind other seaside resorts in the country.

Fairly clean accommodation, swimmming facilities are great. There are 1 hr sessions during busy periods though. Evening entertainment was decent. Close to the seaside. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would visit again. Its not 5 star but you get to enjoy your holiday if you are not too fussy over tiny things.

Was okay, went out of season so not much to do.

I stayed here a while ago however, it was one of above average holidays I've been on! The park staff are all friendly and inside the bar/restaurant the staff are funny and like to joke around from time to time, still keeping it professional. Our caravan was OK, it was an accessible one however, we had a slight issue with ants under a part of the sofa and on the first night of being there, the parks water supply stopped working so everyone was queuing to get water (no fault of the parks) Overall, it was a good stay I'm hoping to come again soon!

The staff on this site are so rude.
Just be warned if you own a camp van or a van modified for camping they will not let you in..waited 3 weeks for a refund and two very unhappy children

Just got back from a long weekend
It's Park Resorts so you know what you are getting, it's pretty much like every other one in the country
Location is good, there's a new Asda just up the road so you're OK for provisions, beach and town are a short drive
As for the site, there's a swimming pool, play park, arcade, bar/restaurant and show bar
Sadly all a little tatty but probably down to being late in the season
We had a bronze 2 bed caravan, yet again a little tatty but was adequate
Park Resorts, please have a tidy up and you'll get the full five
