We hand stretch and bake beautiful pizza in our wood fired oven, all in the back of our handsome 1970 Citroen HY van.
Born and bread (sic) in South-East London, Van Dough is a family business, dreamt up by a husband a wife team (Steph & James) who love cooking, love eating, love sharing food, and like playing with fire a bit too much.
