The practice was founded in 1983 and is now owned and managed by two partners, James McCosh and Meryl Townley.

We are design-led and focus primarily on creating buildings which benefit their users through ease of use and added value. We consider method of process and client /team relationship management to be integral to a successful outcome and we work hard to cultivate and develop both. The partners are significantly involved in each project and, importantly, at the design stages, where their skills and knowledge result in meaningful added value.
