Being an overseas landlord can complicate things. I was in the process of changing estate agency having had a really bad experience with my last one. Romualdas was very efficient in his dealings with existing tenants, arranging viewings and to find me a new tenant in a very short time frame. Everything was sorted with just an initial couple of phone calls and email thereafter.



Razvan who is now dealing with the apartment management side is also excellent. I have had numerous issues with the management change over process, he always contacted me promptly and addressing everything on my behalf. I finally feel that I can relax about my apartment, it is in good hands this time.

This company is very iresponsible, not trustworthy. I wouldn't let them manage my property due to the bad reputation they gave.

This company is the real gold digger. They do not care about their customers. I believe a good company should take care of their customers first, and put them as their priority and fix the problem when there's one, instead they turn their back to their customers when problem comes.

Terrible customer service, Irresponsible, waste of money and time. Worst property management company for sure.

Got marketing material through the post today (13th June 2018) asking if I'm "looking to sell or let in 2017?". I don't trust estate agents if they don't know what year it is.
