we had our wedding reception there. The food provided was amazing which was prepared for each guest as requested. Mat made sure we did not spend over budget and give great advice. Every person that attending our wedding was so impressed with the venue and taken back with the service and food provided.



This was a perfect day and could not wish for it to do any better.

We held a corporate event here last week. Mathieu and his great team were incredibly efficient, helpful and attentive both in relation to advance preparations, during the event and after the event. The décor, ambiance, food and drinks were all brilliant. All in all, a great evening made possible by an even better team. We could not recommend Vanilla more as a great venue hire option in central London.

We have hosted several events at Vanilla and everytime they have been a huge success. The venue is lovely, the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. We had our wedding reception there. It was amazing!! Matt did an amazing job, along with his team. Everything was on point. Food was delicious. Guests enjoyed, we did not have to stress about anything! Would definitely recommend!

We had our company New Year's Party a couple of days ago at VANILLA and it was the best one yet � The room had a top decoration, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was amazing and in decent portion, and the DJ played a good selection of songs which kept us on the dance floor all night � So I would highly recommend VANILLA to anyone �

We celebrated my sister's 50th Birthday Bash on 3rd November 2017 at Vanilla. It was an elegant and fun affair just as she wanted thanks to Matthieu and the Vanilla Team. If you are looking for a classy, evening venue with fantastic food, an efficient team with a flair for detail (it goes so smoothly you won't even realise the work they are doing - you'll be too busy enjoying yourself) and a wonderful ambience - intimate yet spacious at the same time, then I highly recommend VANILLA. Recommended to me by a number of publicists, I was looking for a new venue to hold future press events. It's safe to say I've definitely found one! Vanilla is a gorgeous venue, fantastic space and the staff couldn't be any more helpful!



I will definitely be holding more events here - and certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending others to host their events at Vanilla!

Matthieu and his team at Vanilla were absolutely fantastic at our event last weekend. From the very minute we met him, Matthieu’s professionalism and charm made us confident that he would produce exactly the style of event that we wanted. On the night, the team were brilliant, warm and friendly, making sure the whole event ran smoothly. Not a table went unwiped, not a guest went unserved. From the security guys, to the barmen, and even the lovely cloakroom lady, all were professional and charming. The attention to detail was faultless. The food was delicious, the sushi bar was fresh and beautifully presented, everyone went home full and nothing went to waste, Matthieu knows exactly how much food you will need to order! So many of our guests told us that our event had the best atmosphere of any function they had ever been to. Of course, that was very gratifying to hear, but it was due in no small part to Matthieu and his staff. Vanilla is a complete venue, beautifully dressed with a fantastic lighting system, sound system, DJ deck, selfie mirror, and full technical capabilities. If you want to show a film or have a presentation, as we did, Matthieu will ensure it is all set up and working for you, no stress! We had the most fantastic time at Vanilla and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Just celebrated my daughters bat mitzvah at vanilla. Can not praise Matt and his team highly enough. Our evening was perfect from start to finish and ran like clockwork. Food was delicious and so much of it and no one had to wait for drinks as the bar staff were on top of it all night.

Just a fantastic venue and Matthieu is so helpful. Couldn't have asked for more or for a better night.

As suppliers working at private events, it's always great to have such accommodating venues such as VANILLA. As well as being excellently located in London's West End with plenty of nearby parking, the space is beautiful and sets you up for a perfect event! Matthieu and his team were great to work with and I know the whole MAGNIV Photomagnets team look forward to coming back!
