Happy Mother's Day to all the beautiful mum's! One of the most beautiful and insightful photo of a mother cow snuggles agains it's baby cow 🐮
📸:Tower Hill Stables Animal Sanctuary
... This is Flora and her baby Fernando. He would have been a disguarded foetus has Flora not been saved from slaughter in December last year. This will be the first baby she has been allowed to keep.
Still time to sponsor a Mum for Mother's Day!
So would be great to have as many people as possible to raise money for this amazing animal sanctuary that helps so many animals. Also, like so many sanctuary's it solely survives on donations to keep it good and able to continue to help so many animals desperately needing help, the running costs are £10,000 a month, and unfortunately more money goes out than comes in.
Please, help us to share this love to support them. If you can afford to donate that would greatly appreciated, every penny will go to the sanctuary to help the animals.

If you are around china town, soho, leicester square, trafalgar square or oxford street sure you indulge in this must visit restaurant.

It is by far the best restaurant I have been for a long while, a friendly and passionate welcome to the establishment. I enjoyed a great personal talk with the owner. It is not too expensive at all and the food is just well made, for the se price as bad quality buffets you have this luxury filling food. The chocolate deserts are to aspire to. I would make this a place to introduce to all my friends whenever I am in london.

You wont regret it!

User

I visited this establishment with a friend on Monday. We were pleasantly surprised at the choice of food on offer. Everything we tried was lovely and the desserts were just divine. What I liked about it was that there was none of the usual vegan stodge, it was all healthy food cooked from scratch. The waitress was extremely pleasant. The toilets were clean and welcoming. Couldn't fault it.

User

I have been here couple of times and love it every time. Specially the cakes. I always feel light after having the cakes and food and coffee with coconut milk takes it to another notch. Love the customer service as everyone is so friendly. Keep up the healthilicious food going

User

I had a large box of food for 7.50. I have paid much more when I sat down and ate on a plate. People claim that it's too expensive, but the box option is perfect and on par with planet organic but the food is more homemade and unique and specialty vegan and it's nice to have a change and help other businesses too. I know some people fume at why it costs more to sit down, but no one is forcing you to and as a takeaway it is super value for money. I hadn't come here in a while and forgot how delicious the food here is. And so complete too. It leaves such an extra good feeling to know that the place is pure vegan too. The stroganoff with mashed potatoes and the mousskka are my favourites. Will be coming here more often, can't believe I forgot this place for a bit

User

I feel so great after eating Vantra's fabulous food! Thanks for a wonderful Birthday meal guys. The Chocolate Ganache and Lemon Cake were a melt in the mouth ending to a wonderful meal.

User

Great food and so nice to be able to choose anything on the huge menu and know it won't have meat or fish in it! Really delicious, interesting salads. And the cakes are amazing.

User

Friendly welcome. I love the new premises, calming and spacious. The food as always was superb and so much variety. A special mention for the raw chocolate ganache indescribably delicious. 2 courses and a glass of wine for under £20

User

Food is amazing with plenty of variety and flavours which is hard to come by in standard restaurants... and the price is perfect for the quality and also quantity.. the venue is compact but cozy with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. Fabulous place to eat if you're vegan or not

User

Didn't get the chance to check out Vantra in its previous location, but went to the new spot today and it is awesome! I enjoyed an awesome feast of fresh, raw, probiotic foods from the buffet. The selection was great and along with the raw sauces on offer including fermented chilli, ginger oil and fermented soybean paste, it made for one of the most flavourful meals I've ever had! Was a pleasure to speak to the owner, who shared some of his wealth of knowledge on probiotic foods and their benefits, as well as different tastes and why it's important to eat foods satisfying all of these.

I paid £7 for my plate of food and it was more than filling. Not sure why other reviews suggest otherwise, but I found it very reasonably priced. The smoothie and juice I had were delicious too and I'm really looking forward to trying more from their extensive menu.

Not often you can say you feel great after eating at a buffet, but today I felt in better health than when I went in. Can't wait to return!

User

Amazing raw vegan food at affordable prices in the heart of Soho.

The desserts are to die for...

User

Amazing food, amazing drinks amazing people. This place has some of the best food

I have ever tasted. I cannot wait to go back.

User

Absolutely the BEST vegan food I've had in London. Thanks for your hospitality, cleanliness and amazing food and Bullet Coffee!!

User

Went here for food this afternoon and I'm shocked at the cost of the buffet - I had a plate of food which would have easily fit into one of your medium boxes (which cost £7.60) yet was charged £17.11 - can you please tell me how you can justify this difference in cost? It meant the equivalent of 2 medium boxes (my partner also had food) for a pit stop late lunch / early dinner cost over £29! As a first time customer, this doesn't leave a good taste in my mouth and being a regular around the area, I'll be instead returning to Planet Organic around the corner which I highly recommend - tastier food, cheaper options, and most of all, no ridiculous buffet by weight costings!

User

Visited here yesterday, and found the staff really friendly and helpful. I was really shocked at the cost of the buffet. Most dishes were flavoursome, some a little too over flavoured which I could not eat. If it was not for the extortionate price of the buffet, I would have scored higher.

User

I went today for some lunch. The silver plate make impression like you eating on the tray.

The food was expensive and nothing special, just plain without any taste to be honest. The toilets walls were dirty with scratches everywhere. All the restaurant looking more like car boots sale than place to eat.

User

Cute place, overpriced, but, worst of all, everything I had (chickpeas and a mixed veg stew/curry) was so over salted that it was inedible. Alos, quite strangely, the boxes seem better value than buying a plate. It compares itself favourably pricewise to Ottolenghi, but Ottolenghi is top quality food. This isn't.

User

The food was not what I expected, have been waiting for my starters for about 40mins, I needed to request the waiter to bring it over and he was just cheeky telling me it wasn't that long, didn't like that, also poked me when he wanted to ask something. Very unprofessional! The tai salad dish was absolutely horrid, fermented veg or something like that, made me squint how sour it was. On to the dessert, the pink berry was nice but wanted to try the brownie, it arrived with an ant on the plate... Haven't seen that ever so took a video of it lol wish I read the reviews before hand. Shocking food and service for Oxford street!

User

I paid close to £20 for a silver plate of bland food. £20 for an amount that would cost about £7 in Planet Organic.

The 'experience' of eating inside leaves a lot to be desired. The buffet is too small to navigate when busy, the smell from the toilets emanates when they are opened and the service is non existent. I'd get a better human interaction from a robot.

In summary, if you find yourself unfortunate enough to be in the Tottenham Court Road area, go to Planet Organic instead of this substandard, illiterate establishment (if you need a pointer, look at the slogan).

User

I chose to buy a big plate and try everything cause i was really exciting with the variety of options. BIG MISTAKE! The food was awful and expensive. I didnt touch anything. If someone hasn't tried vegan cuisine before Vantra will give a really really bad impression about what vegan food tastes.
