absolutely the best vape shop in east anglia, top notch service the staff are fantastic and go out of there way to help.

Went there today looking to upgrade my mod and was amazed by how friendly and helpful they were, they gave me very good advice, was really pleased with my buy, and a lovely atmosphere in the shop :)

Went in yesterday for some wire and a couple coffee's, lovely people very friendly and knowledgeable. Has a good range of juice, ones that you won't find in lots of shops which is great if you are looking for different, good quality juices.

Very helpful and plesent people, listened and adviced well. Very relaxed. A+++++

Top shop for buying a vaporizer,, Lots of different e-juice's and I mean lots,, very happy shop and people there,, I was running very lower on my favourite e-juice and did not have time to get there after work, phone up and they happily put some aside for me when I could come in.. 10/10.. Only shop I use best in Norwich.

These guys are the loveliest, most helpful and knowledgeable vape staff in the city. Always ready to advise and guide even the newbie vapers (me, a couple of years ago). I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Yes it may be a few pennies cheaper online but you won’t get better service or a warmer welcome sitting at a computer screen! Thanks guys - keep up the good work... xx

Since this shop opened last year I've not really had to go anywhere else. The level of service I've received from these guys is second to none. On my way home from work I will regularly stop by for a coffee and a chat and you'll never be made to fell so welcome anywhere else. Popped in this morning in desperate need of help with my new tank. Charity came to my rescue and I couldn't be happier with the results. Vaping just went up a whole new level for me! This shop is simply the best, it's like a little community. I love it!!

Great shop ,very well trained friendly staff .Nothing is to much bother .Very relaxed atmosphere and a lovely place for finding that perfect mod ,juice ,wick ,wire tweezers basically any of your vaping needs and have a latte . Couldn't ask for more .
