Varivane Industries is an integrated design and manufacturing company specialising in the design, development, manufacture, and refurbishment of Marine furniture, fittings and fixtures for the Naval and commercial environments. Formed in 1964, Varivane Industries now enters its 50th year and have firmly established itself as the UK leader in the development and manufacture of ships furniture. Using NATO standards for project management (AQAP 2105 /2110), Varivane Industries have the capability and experience to not only manage projects where we manufacture the items but also where subcontractor control is required to manage multiple bought out items contracts. Varivane Industries has a wealth of experience in formulating contract risk assessments, mitigation management plans and contract management plans designed to eliminate, as far as reasonably practical, the risks involved with large scale projects containing multiple line items.

In addition to this Varivane supply BAE Systems, Babcock International and a host of other major defence and marine industries with marine furniture and bespoke solutions. Through expansion and diversification Varivane supply international maritime industries such as Seaspan, Kaefer, Thales and Irving with ships accomodation furniture and ammunition lockers.
