Kaya set up Vegan Garden in August 2014. She creates mouthwatering vegan food using locally sourced ingredients. She offers both a savoury and a sweet menu - choose from the delightful stuffed peppers to her Three Layers of Goodness lasagna, best served with a selection of salads. She creates everything herself on the day of market day! There is no compromise on the quality, execution, and presentation of the food, every detail has been meticulously thought through. . . Everything has really been handmade, chopping, grating and whisking. . . her choice of sweets are just delicious to look at! Choose from the Black Forest with fresh cherries to the Orange and Chocolate cake or opt for the tried and tested Walnut Chocolate Brownie, a real treat!
