What a little gem! Lovely atmosphere, food was great. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Wonderful evening.

User

Was taken here by friends last night whilst visiting Bath and loved it so much we had to return the next day for brunch. Just wished I lived closer

User

Vegan breakfast yummy as ever great place to eat .

User

Top place, great service, good people great food ,lovely atmosphere.

User

The staff in the Velo lounge were very helpful and welcoming yesterday whilst I was trying to get settled and sorted to settle and feed my baby. Thank you to the gentleman who served me and brought my change to the table as I had no free hands. I enjoyed my cup of tea and the relaxed surroundings.

User

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, good food and wine

User

I live in Leeds and see plenty of bars like the velo lounge but when i visit Bath i love the place and the staff are friendly and warm, the place is so pleasant and relaxing

and the food is good too.

my favourite place in Bath.

User

I have been here a couple times but today showed me just how good it is. Took my 3 yr old to the doctors and she had her injections and literally screamed and screamed. Popped in to have a drink and calm her down and the staff were amazing even giving my little girl some sweets to cheer her up and checking on her. I apologised as it was quite busy as it was lunch time. Was told not to worry. Highly recommend this place. Thank you to all the staff today and for making us feel so welcome xx

User

First visit and although one coffee took a little while to be brought to me, the guys were pretty busy and I wasn't looking hot! If it was a Friday night, I'm sure i'd have been brought my coffee super speedy. Coffee was good, staff were good, playlist was really chilled and even the customers were good! I'd go there again, infact I am next Thursday! :)

User

We went for Sunday morning brunch, great attentive service, family friendly buzz (yes young children if not for you avoid) there’s no need to apologise for the small table it was our choice.

User

Where this place lets itself down is with service... the staff are never rude, but their often not particularly smiley either!

Someone needs to get a grip of the orders and getting them out on time...

Space is nice though and the menu is very good...

User

I had a great bacon sandwich and my partner really enjoyed his 'hero burger'. Such a shame that his brother was refused a drink on the basis that he only had a provisional drivers licence as proof of age! Since when is this insufficient? Sadly we had to move onto somewhere else for us all to enjoy a drink together. A little behind the times in this respect, but otherwise good.

User

Since the expansion the service has declined. Been in a few times. Meals on menu unavailable and unbelievable waiting times. On the last visit 4 men were behind the till and not one spotted us at the bar for about 2 minutes. Then they didn't inform us of the delay on coffees, seemed uninterested when I asked what flavours they have for coffees. Then 25 minutes later receive a below average latte and hot chocolate. Utterly disappointed.

User

Food was over cooked and bland and for what I paid for it a real disappointment took my granddaughter for a treat won't do it again!!!!

User

Before the expansion it was great - interesting and tasty food and a nice ambience. Its suffered since and feels a bit "Hungry Horse". Would be nice if you could order from your table instead of the whole "where are you sitting?" routine at the counter. Tricky if you are by yourself and the place is crowded. Some of the staff are a bit "wtf another punter" and don't give the impression that your custom is valued, probably because it is generally busy and actually it isn't, someone else will be along in a minute... I still like the food and the space though

User

We just waited over 45 minutes for mediocre & overpriced food. Plenty of other customers also waiting a long time, especially difficult for those with small children. The place was chaotic.

The addition of haloumi to a salad cost £2.50 for one thin slice, which is a joke. Whilst we were there a customer's dog did a poo on the floor (which was picked up) near our table. We asked the staff to mop the floor, but never saw anyone again. Yuk.

User

We have been coming for years and love the place. Recently however we have had poor service, cold food and long waits even when not busy! We have watched staff repeatedly walk past hot drinks going cold on the bar. We have sat watching the rest of the group eat while still waiting for my meal. We have given you several chances to sort out what we thought might be teething issues after the expansion, but enough is enough and I'm sad to say your loosing loyal customers! Last 10 visits very poor wouldn't recommend to anyone anymore and very sad to have lost one of our favourite coffee/brunch/dinner jaunts. We will not return!

User

This joint has really gone to shit, staff look disgruntled and disgusted to be here, especially the tall blonde who really has an attitude problem. Two days in a row no beer to serve.

User

How DARE YOU running out of pancakes on a Sunday like, there's Sainsbury's opposite, can you not run and get more ingredients? Plus, 40 minute wait. No thanks wont be going back there
