Excellent stock and superb customer service, replying to every query in a couple of minutes. My bike is now fast and I am happy. Two thumbs up/smiley face/5 stars etc etc.

Despite the other reviews, my experience was excellent. Extremely fast in responding to emails, very helpful in helping me to fit my new crankset and dealing with my teething issues. They gave me lots of advice. The bottom bracket arrived damaged and they have offered to send a new one out. They have given me a lot of their time and patience (as I'm fairly inexperienced..), I couldn't have asked for better service.

I wish I believed the reviews when I first came to this site. From what I'm reading these people do not listen to their customers.

I've ordered two packages total, both of which came over a week late, one of which was the wrong item.

I complained about the delivery the first time and got the copy and pasted Royal Mail spiel with a useless tracking number that just tells you if your package is delivered or not. Told them when it happened the second time and got the same copy and paste saying if it takes more than two weeks (for a 1-2 day delivery) let them know. Pointless. There's no room in this market for a company that doesn't listen to It's customers complaints.

Customer service gave me a reply that talks about family run business and how much they care but that is no barter when you offer such a poor service and take no action. I cannot recommend this company. Take your business elsewhere.

P.S. despite the reply they did not try to deliver the package until 7 days after the 21st.

For this day and age, local shipping is extremely slow, so bare that in mind.

After two weeks of excuses the toe straps I ordered have still not arrived.. Parcel Force have just been again from rubble cycles next day delivery, no contact number to call just hide behind emails
