Viewed the caravan we loved on the Sunday after travelling down from Scotland to see it, bought it, and hubby and his friend travelled back down to collect on the Friday after Venture had gave it a very thorough service. Brilliant customer service by very friendly and knowledgeable guys. One very cheery hubby came home :-) happy holidays x

Very impressed with Venture Caravans and in particular Dave Webb. As first time caravanners we were understandably nervous and yet our purchase & handover was made so easy by Dave. Even in the pouring rain he went through everything in great & patient detail. Our lovely Princess Iona (our nickname for the Abbey Iona Vogue we bought) looked wonderful, all little jobs done and she was all shiny & gorgeous. We look forward to many happy years caravanning. The service we have received from Venture has been consistently excellent, thanks to everyone for their hard work meeting our tight deadlines and building our amazing camper!

So last Tuesday I remembered the fridge in my caravan was not working. Me and my family were due to go away on the Friday... My wife left me with one job since the last trip, fix the fridge! I called venture half hoping they could fit me in, chances of a repair the same week was slim. Or so I thought! They told me they are booked up until the end of June, but understanding the trouble I was in, they managed to take it in for a look on the Thursday. On the Thursday I received a call saying that they have managed to look at the fridge and amazingly fixed it for me!! Brilliant customer service.

Picked up our new Van yesterday and have to say a big thank you to all the team at Venture for the time and effort they put into making sure we knew and understood everything about it. Really please with the whole service from ordering to the collection. Drive back home easy, and as you said didn't even know it was on the back. Thanks again guys

Just like to thank all at Venture for the excellent customer service recently when changing from a caravan to a motor home. Always available to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Nice to be dealing with the Venture team again and great to deal with a customer focused company.

Just bought a second hand van from venture caravans. The service we received from Dave Webb and the team was absolutely superb. We'd visited or been in touch with a couple of other caravan dealers locally and elsewhere, and venture caravans were in a league of their own when it came to friendly, helpful service. Dave put up with a load of questions from newbies to the caravan world and went out of his way to provide a detailed video review of the quality of the van we were interested in which meant we didn't trek down from the NE to see the van until ready to pick up! A special mention has to go to 'young' Ben who allowed us to watch him set up the van enabling us to gain from his vast caravan experience. The van has proved to be all we hoped for and more. done venture caravans.

Having collected our second Adria from Venture, we would love to pass on our thanks to Darren and the team at Venture. Yet again a very easy and excellent experience... Our van was prepared yet again to a high standard and nothing was too much trouble in explaining how everything worked. Darren even cleaned the new towball on the car for us to get the paint off. As for the van, well this is our second Adria Adora, the first was brilliant and the new Isonzo is even better, having already towed it to Devon and back we know it towns like a dream once again. Now looking forward to our trip to south of France again this year... Thanks once again to all at Venture...

Arrived today at Daventry to collect our Elddis 304 Sanremo. No issues on handover. Done very smoothly by Darren who took his time and didn’t make us feel rushed. Here’s to some great times ahead.

Unfortunately we ordered a new Elddis Sanremo 504 at the NEC show in October 2014. Eventually we took delivery in late Feb 2015 after we had to make many phone calls to find out where our van was as the delivery date had passed. At the time we asked for an additional access door to be installed so as to gain access to the storage area under the bed from outside. After several excuses as to why it had not been installed at the delivery point it was done several months later. However some 18 months later there is still no seal on the inside where we have asked Hitchin several times as to when it will be completed. Everytime I am given assurances and apologies that they will get the seal and call me, well I'm still waiting months later, even when it has been back for the annual service. Had problem with door over kitchen unit as the latch broke whilst travelling to Cornwall, had to tape it up until I got to site. When took tape off it also took some of the laminate away which is visible when you are sitting down on the sofa again they said not a problem we this will be covered under your warrantee. When we went to collect they informed that could not be done under warranty so told us to buy a couple of plastic air vent covers and screw them over the two patches. Also has anyone else had issues with the Avtex ariel as I have now had THREE new units installed and still unable to get a regular picture that does not pixelate whilst watching. I had noticed that on the 2016 caravans they have been replaced with a status look a like, wonder why !!.
