such a amazing experience when I came for my daughter Myahs photo shoot, and the best part of it was meeting the photographer Jess, she has the best personality that shines through she is the most loveliest women I have ever met! Can not wait to see our gallery thankyou so much Jess xx

What a lovely memorable experience all staff were completely understanding of my dad being really un well and made it as easy as possible for him... perfect experience from beginning to end and really happy with the out come ���

We've just had our first professional photoshoot at Venture Liverpool with the extraordinarily talented Jess as our photographer. She had so much vibrant energy with our 3yo Daughter Emma it just made the shoot a phenomenal experience. We cannot wait to go back and view our gallery! Thank-you! :-)

We recently had our photos done here... yes it was pricey but so worth it. We had a photographer called Jess, and I don’t honestly think there is a person more suited to this job than her. She’s so fun, happy and made the session amazing for us.

We’re not the most outgoing family, we’re not shy either but we always feel a bit awkward doing things like this... but that was totally not the case when we got going!

We brought our dog and she was amazing with him too.

Absolutely would highly recommend!

We have just finished our viewing after our session last week with outstanding photographer Jess. We booked a session with our two children four and ten, Jess put them at ease and connected with them so quickly and made the entire hour so much fun. Our four year old was poorly on the day and can be tricky when meeting new people but Jess made the session feel like she'd known her forever. So, the photographs, just wow ! Jess captured the children perfectly and by far exceeded all our expectations. We found it almost impossible to select any to reject from the viewing. I cannot thank Jess enough, she really is a lovely and talented lady who I hope we are lucky enough to have photograph our children again in the future. The viewing process was very slick and supportive in terms of suggestions of formats and options to get the best price for the images we wanted.

We had the lovely Jess doing our shoot, we felt relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. The photos are simply stunning, everyone has commented on how gorgeous our pictures are. As a new mum and dad it meant a lot that we capture these precious times with our baby daughter and we are thrilled with the images we have received. Thank you so much xxx

Today we came to view our photographs from our shoot that we had with Jess, who is an amazing lady and really interacted with our son who took a real shine to her. We can't wait to get our photos back,everyone was amazing and made it so hard to choose which ones to select. I can't wait to get them up on our wall. Thank you for a lovely experience and we finally have a family photo which isn't a selfie haha.

Such a great experience. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming; and the photographer was absolutely bonkers (in the best way) to make calm our nerves and make us completely at ease. We had such a laugh doing our shoot. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

On behalf of my mum I would like to thank Lorna for the 5* service we received during and after our photoshoot. She is so friendly and truly a perfectionist. Couldn't be happier with our pictures thank u so much Lorna I will treasure them forever Ron xxxx

Lorna was amazing doing our photo shoot really great with kids and made you feel at ease me and my boys loved it! And today we had our viewing with jess she was amazing and really helped.

They all have great customer services and I couldn't be any happier with our experience.

Had our photo shoot today with Olivia. We are two people who are not comfortable in front of the camera and we were quite worried about that shoot. This was until we met Olivia. She was so welcoming and immediately put us at ease. She is a complete natural at her job. The photo shoot was actually enjoyable and not stiff/ awkward and cringe like we thought it might be. Looking forward to seeing our images. Thanks again

Fab!! Had a bump shoot last weekend as part of a bump and baby package. The photographer was fab too. Looking forward to taking our baby back in may for his newborn shoot xxx

Amazing people received my pictures yesterday and they r amazing

Had a boss time and felt really welcome by the staff an just received pics and video of all are pics just fab :)

Not very happy the photoshoot was fantastic we had jess and she was spot on but the sales part and prices are extortionate going into the thousands for a few photos we where put into a room to view our photos where then you are put on the spot and not given time to make your decision as we where informed if you dont buy them on the day they may be deleted so we ended up getting them on finance as they where just to much and my partner was very upset when i said we couldnt affored them.

We where also inforemed the photos would only take a week to 2 weeks to be done and it took 4 weeks and to top it off there where alot of photos we specifically said we wanted and where the reason we where buying them and they arnt even on the memory stick we feel totally cheated by your company and will not be returning in the future and also will discourage other people from robbed we will also be seeking legal advice as we are paying alot of money for a product that in my eyes we havent recieved
