Just popped in after an afternoon rehearsal, on the off chance they had a table for 1 - no prior reservation. They fitted me in and served my main within 10 mins. Great food, great service. Would recommend highly.

Front of house staff was very warm & welcoming. Service was excellent where all text book fine dining boxes where ticked. I and my friend felt very welcome and we now see why our other friends highly rate the restaurant.

The room temperature was decent with added heaters spaced around to ensure a warm vibrant environment. Surroundings where casual and non-threatening.

The Starters (Antipasti) where seasoned well with good combination of flavors. The main dishes where incredible in terms of the sauces which accompanied them. One was served with fries & salad but I personally think the meal was perfect as it is. The Deserts where above average and when we ordered Tiramisu its exactly what we got.

All food was prepared and cooked well and the waiting times where not even noticeable.

I believe the prices do match the effort put into the food but as a whole 3 courses for around £20 isn't bad for authentic Italian food.

I didn't get a full chance to explore the restaurant so I don't know about toilet facilities for wheel chair users however there was a lower ground floor section which could accommodate a physically disabled persons needs.

I personally have Autism and I found the place to be non-threatening towards my Autistic issues such as light sensitivity and sound sensitivity. The place gets a thumbs up in terms of accessibility for those of us who suffer from some form of mental health disability.

The only negative criticism I have is the matter of the small chairs which make big blokes like myself a little uncomfortable. Perhaps including some stronger chairs may encourage more bigger blokes to visit.

Overall in all the places I've been in Louth I rate this place 5 stars. I will visit soon.
