Poor estimating meant I had to pay extra on the day, which would have meant the competitors quote was the cheapest. Poor packing, ironed shirts stuffed into a box and delays on moving day made this a horrific experience. Avoid this firm

The reply to this review is totally incorrect .The price was a fixed price and said no extras . Via removals and Kass were only chosen as they were using one van and were cheaper than the other competitive quote. They surveyed the whole property and there was certainly no other goods introduced in the property .This is a laughable response and a complete lie. It seems obvious this price was deliberately underestimated in order to get the work and then on the day of moving upping the price to cover the cost of two vehicles. Kass estimated 1 van, in the end they struggled to get it into 2 vans. Appalling service. I feel Conned
