Are you looking for an alternative way to spend your Valentines Day this year? We’ve got you!
In Vicolo we will be dedicating the evening to some of our favourite movie soundtracks. Over the course of the evening we will be playing 4 soundtracks, as voted by you, in full. Accompanied by unique cocktails, created just for the event.
... We asked our Instagram followers to vote for their favourite soundtracks so here's the final running order.
6pm - Lost in Translation
7pm - 500 Days of Summer
8pm - Romeo + Juliet
9pm - Garden State
There's no entry fee, no reservations needed and no pressure to stay for them all. Turn up for your favourite, or stay with us all night. the choice is yours. (Make sure you catch Garden State though, we love it so much we didn't even let it go to a vote!)
Each soundtrack has a specially crafted cocktail that we've chosen to match each film, named after some of our favourite songs on the albums. We'll be posting these on our other social media in the lead up to the event, keep an eye out.

Went to Vicolo on Thursday after winning the sangria and tapas competition! Selection was great and food nice. Sangria was looking felt and fruity! Would like to come back and try the other drinks on the menu! Thank you again � x

There are very few places I can go in town where I feel immediately at ease. So many pubs and bars just cater for the swanky no-nouts or nuggets out to get hammered, but Vicolo genuinely has the feeling of somewhere anyone can go and just sit back and relax without drama.

Engaged staff who remember you and care about what they do and where they work. The cocktails and beer selection are particularly good. All of their profits go back into supporting the Tyneside too. You can also get ales and food from the Bar Cafe next door and sit outside.

I was at vicolo recently and had one of the best coffees ever! Matt you beauty! Don't ever change. The place rocks and the staff are fantastic. Would definitely go again. Also right next door to the Tyneside Cinema � an absolutely amazing place packed with character and staffed by a wonderfully oddball bunch. Still professional though... Great program of films, and you can bring your Vicolo coffee in! Miss this place and miss out...
