Viet Vite was born out of a love of Asian Street Food and is based on Vietnamese classics with a twist. Its closest rival would be Thai or Chinese as it takes its base notes from Asian cuisine but Vietnamese food also has French influences. The food is both healthy and tasty in a unique way and can be finished off to ones own preference with a choice of salads, dips and garnishes.
