We are a global online property market place allowing agents and owners to advertise their properties for free and paying only once the transaction is completed.
Market Gap and Need
There are many online property portals operating but they are local rather than global and they charge a fee to advertise independently if the property is sold or leased. We recognize then that there is a gap in the market for global market places were advertisers do not take risks because they pay only when the transaction is closed. Furthermore we offer traditional services such as sale and rents but also non-traditional such as home swaps, short term rents and professional services associated with properties. There is nothing similar currently in the market.
