Viewpoint Diving

Another great club dive, all are welcome on club dives members and non members, if you are a qualified diver all welcome, next club dive Sunday 3rd March, club members free non club member £10 or £25 if you require kit hire both include air.

No club dive today checked all the normal sites no visibility after SE chop yesterday, the weather this week is in our favour for a good club dive next Saturday 23rd. See you all here for that then.

Club dive for today done, Sea flat but powerful surge, visibility better than expected. A short dive but at least we got back in and tested our kit all worked after the bad weather stopped us from getting in over the last few weeks.

Some roads around here and Portmellon etc are sheet ice and it’s snowing at 7.50 this morning so not sure it’s it’s wise to try and get here just for a dive

Sea has calmed down overnight, viz low due to easterly winds up to midnight, very cold north wind so wrap up warm, bring hot drinks and warm clothes if you are going to be one of the mad hardy ones.

We did a beginners course and absolutely loved it. Two of us (not the 8 yr old!) were really apprehensive but Dave and Mike put us at our ease and we can't wait for the next time.

Visited viewpoint on holiday for guided dive. Was recommended by my local school. 300 mile journey extremely worth while. Mike and Dave are excellent. They both make you feel very welcome and relaxed. As a qualified but non experienced diver I couldn't think of anywhere better to do my first British Sea dive. The dive site itself was full of things to see. Visibility was great.

Fully recommend view point and will definitely return. Thanks for a great day guys.

Our kids did their first PADI course with you on the 31st July 2016, booked for Williams 14th birthday his 11year old sister Lucy and my daughter Charlotte, They had a wonderful day with Mike and Colin, and Alex, learning so much. As nervous parents you put us at our ease and Lucy after her time in the pool, was given enough confidence to go for the sea dive which she was "definitely not go to do" ! ( Thanks guys for accomodating Lucy's change of mind, nothing was too much trouble) By the time they did their sea dive at Port Mellon they were so excited, Im surprised they managed to stay quiet for the 40minutes while diving. Thank you so much for an experience the kids will never forget, your patience and your expertise. Sam x

Nice to see a good amount of club members out diving, regulars and other visiting holiday divers. Always a good evening with this club. Always friendly with good clear and safe instructions. I recommend this club whatever your level.

My son has just completed his open water diving qualification with Dave and Mike. Really enjoyed it, thank you so much.

First time taster dive today in pool and then sea. Definitely got the taste for it, great little course. Highly recommended but watch out, I think it might be addictive...

Booked my 16yr old son onto the PADI Open water Course, he absolutely loved it. Mike & Dave were brilliant, I can't thank them enough . Hopefully we will be back before the end of the Summer :-)
