24/7 Access - clean, secure, not much more you could want from a Storage place... Four months later and everything is still the same - great service - helpful people - we use again when needed !!

Absolutely disgraceful place. The manager his name is Charlie was so rude to me and wife. His I don't care attitude is absolutely disgraceful. I have never had the displeasure of meeting such an unprofessional person before in my life. And to swear at my wife is totally unacceptable. I hope the higher management take a good hard look at whom they employee. On the other hand Scott was very helpful. This doesn't even deserve a star but I have no choice. Stuart

I utilised a unit @ Viking Bedford for 12 months and service was great ; clean, efficient, friendly staff. Would defo use again :-)

I'd just like to say how efficient and professional the staff were and they were very friendly and helpful and I liked the fact that they remembered our names as we entered the office when we were removing our belongings.
Very reasonably priced and no hidden charges

Needed to quickly transfer some stuff from another storage facility Viking were happy to provide me with a small unit. Guys were friendly and I managed to get a special offer! Even music playing in storage area. Thanks, will recommend.

It's a storage centre, does what it says on the tin. Pretty boring so not really a great deal to write about it. You have 24hr access to the facilities and during the day there are staff on site to assist if required. First year of storage was the cheapest in Bedford when I signed up for it and they did offer the free use of a van for the day as a kind if sweetener. Took off one star as will review again once year is over if they offer me a good deal to stay with them, or if they decide to Jack the prices up.

Very impressed with Viking's customer service throughout our 3 month self storage and with the cleanliness and ease of access (24 hours/day) of the units.
The team made the initial booking and paperwork easy to manage, advised on how to check if the contents were covered by our own insurance policy and then dealt very efficiently when we gave notice. They even went to check the unit for us when we thought that we had left something behind.
