I would love to put 5* but as a season ticket holder in holte end upper for many years but I've been disapointed with the closing of refreshment kiosks, bar stockage and number of staff serving food and drink. It seems to have gotten worse year on year for at least the last 3 years, last season and so far this season has been particularly bad. The staff themselves seem better but lack of them has caused half time drink queues to be quadruple the size. There should be enough staff and kiosks to serve drinks so that people don't need to queue before half time or miss some of the second half because of queuing.

Haven't been to Villa park for about 10 years, took my son Sam for his very 1st time as we had traveled all the way from Adelaide south Australia where I am the treasurer of the South Australian Aston Villa Lion football club. The atmosphere was really good as we where in the Holt end. The only thing was when we were collecting the tickets as we where sent to trinity road and they told me that I had to collect them from the main ticket office where we where 1st place. Other than that not a bad day for my sons 1st game a 4-2 win over Norwich.

I'm a season ticket holder and am in the away scheme. So far this season, it has been a nightmare sorting out anything administrative and then the worry of whether tickets will arrive. The shop is overpriced and there is limited selection. The food is overpriced for what you actually get and the staff serving don't seem to have been trained properly. The below par team performance yesterday was very disappointing. You could say I'm a bit disappointed and feel let down all round by a so called big club. However, I support the club and would never boo the players.

Went with my disabled friend who has to use an electric wheelchair, told he couldn't use the usual entrance through the players car park but had to negotiate his way to another entrance through fans going in the opposite direction but then told to use the gate which is at the top of the players car park, ridiculous to make him go a long way round to save a mere 50 yards, not a good display to disabled. Also requested soya milk for his coffee as he is unable to drink full/ semi fat milk, told no milk available as the coffee comes with milk already in the pre packed cups, staff although trying to be helpful were poor.
