Absolutely amazing. Best place to ever stay in Blackpool if you want your experience and holiday to be overall better. They have everything you need and more or even could phatom being there. Lived there half my life and came back, stayed and well it made me want to stay. Defiently will stay again everytime I visit. 10 stars if I could.

Firstly our reservations was wrong. My mother is disable and they thought the priority of the booking was a room close to ours not a disable accessible shower. After some time and checking rooms this was rectified and the lovely girl at front desk couldn't be nicer

Secondly, her electronic key only lasted a day or so and she was locked out her room. This was again rectified.

Thirdly, dirty/ used cups in room (ok so easily cleaned).

The breakfast was shocking. The woman who met us and showed us to our table manner was extremely frosty. The continental and cooked breakfast was somewhat lacking. Twenty minutes to wait for scrambled eggs. Tea you could stand a spoon up in. Dare I say anything else.

Not sure what the cleaning routine is but, hoovering isn't one of them. it seems to be the very minimum.

Finally tonight after another restless night my husband pulled the sheet back to find that the mattress collapsed and the springs were bulging out the side. The mattress was stained in god only knows what and hair that certainly wasn't mine. Photos taken and I will be making it known in the morning!!!!

On a positive the room is tastefully decorated although some attention and repairs required but, very large for just the three of us. My mother has a very well laid out wet room suited to her needs. Large amount of parking spaces although I think I counted only 5 disabled parking spaces. Good location away from the busy hub of the centre of town giving some peace and quiet. Such a shame as this hotel has some lovely staff, a beautiful setting and has amazing potential.

Great location. Nice rooms. Good food in the bar. Not that impressed previously with the Italian. Good breakfast. Indoor and outdoor pools which is great plus good outside area for nice weather if we get it.

Room and facilities fantastic but coffee machine so fancy couldn't work it. A kettle would have been much easier. So no coffee in my room and nothing forthcoming at breakfast. Nobody seemed to be offered any and everyone had to try and grab a waiter as he ran past to ask for some. I'd finished my breakfast by the time I managed to get any

Fabulous leisure facilities. Outdoor pool is fantastic. Reception friendly and helpful. Stayed in the top deck rooms which come have what appears to be a full sky TV package (wasn't provided with pin to watch movies). Exterior could do with a lick of paint but overall a very pleasant hotel and stay.

After making a total balls up of my reservation the manager went of his way to sort it out which he had no obligation to do so, shows there are still decent people out there!

The staff are welcoming make you feel at home. My room is cosy but a little noisey at times of checking in at 3ish

Lovely hotel, came here for a short break. Breakfast was brilliant, and so were the lesuire facilities. It's walkable to the coast or a quick drive.

Review in relation to Gym. Good equipment. Decent changing rooms (showers need an upgrade) pool, Jacuzzi and sauna etc all good. There is also an outside which is great. Lots of classes your can attend.
