Village Hotel Solihull

Well presented with good localization . But definitely newer will go there or recommend to anyone to be very honest. And it's all because Grace Kraveney . Very rude almost aggressive toward customers .

Good hotel in an odd location, very much suited to corporate and large events. Decent food and drink options in the attached restaurant and pub, and even a Starbucks (which, take note, doesn't accept Starbucks cards). The rooms are comfortable, but quite small, and while the floor-to-ceiling windows are very nice, you'll only have a view of a business park or a field with a road running alongside it, depending on the side of the hotel you stay on.

Very comfortable hotel. The bar had a great atmosphere and served nice food. Stayed here before flying from Birmingham airport. Very handy for this. Will stay again next time I fly.

Great hotel. Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent gym facilities, unfortunately not a standard feature and depending on your room booking you might have to pay an extra small fee to access it, though highly recommend. There are plenty of eating option as well as a Starbucks. Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed with my girlfriend on easter sunday, and really enjoyed it! Affordable price for stay and they even have an on site starbucks!!!! What a great idea!

Went for breakfast late like 5 minutes before it was shut expecting to get the last bits of the food but everything was well stocked! Air con and heating in room was perfect, and spotless clean and spacious bathroom.

Waiting staff and receptionist very helpful and friendly aswell :)
Overall 10/10 definitely will be returning for another weekend break!

The hotel looks good in pictures and is about the right price as compared to local competition as it is in Solihull, so not exactly close to Birmingham city centre and is in a commercial/industrial area. I did not find the bed particularly comfortable, the room was too hot and did not respond the AC remote control changes and the bathroom fittings were stiff.

Nice hotel, rooms were clean and well fitted, good wifi, the food in the restaurant was a little expensive but the location was great, just off the M42.

Room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was an additional charge but worth the money as there was a good selection of hot buffet and continental. Tasted fresh and of good quality. Only criticism would be a better selection of coffees eg latte, cappuccino that guests can refill themselves as having to ask the server for another pot of coffee after one cup is a bit inconvenient particularly when busy. Cannot comment on sports facilities as did not use. Starbucks on-site but much more expensive than usual branches.
